In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. I am Advocate Saad Ansari, core member of the Jammu Kashmir Joint Awami Action Committee, at your service. We have just received a message from our overseas brother, Mr. Asam Mushtaq, who resides in the United Kingdom, and who also has a house here in Rawalakot. We have also gathered some evidence regarding his house, showing that currently, by the security forces, whenever unarmed protesters are fired upon, under that very pretext, against civilian populations as well, military-grade weaponry and weapons of war are being used, and the homes of our overseas citizens are being destroyed, their properties are being destroyed.
Call to Overseas Kashmiris
First of all, I strongly condemn this act and this barbarity, and I would urge all our overseas Kashmiris that just as you have stood by this movement, stood by this public rights movement— because this is a movement which, in the 78-year history of Azad Kashmir, is a unique movement in which not only men are involved, but women and children are also involved, with people from every sector and every school of thought participating in it.
Against the people who own these properties and lands, a conspiracy is underway to evict them from their lands and homes.
And our demands are very clear demands: they are constitutional demands, legal demands, legitimate demands, and demands on which the Jammu Kashmir Joint Awami Action Committee with both governments has already signed more than six written agreements. And even then, in order to achieve these demands, when we sit peacefully and stage a sit-in, people's properties are being destroyed, traders' shops are being looted, and upon their homes and civilian populations, shelling and firing are being carried out, so we strongly condemn this, and with our brother and all our overseas community, we express our solidarity, and we also assure them that this movement belongs to you, and not just for our people's properties, but for more than a hundred of our youth across this entire region, from Barnala to Neelum, whose chests were riddled with bullets, accountability will be sought for every single drop of their blood.
Civilian Population Under Siege
And inside these homes reside our mothers and sisters, young girls reside there; in the surrounding areas of Rawalakot city and inside the city, our civilian population is currently besieged for the past two and a half months, and not only are food rations unable to reach them, but bullets are being showered upon their homes, our women are being harassed, attempts are being made to subject them to violence, conspiracies are being hatched to expel people from their settlements, while it is claimed that they are trying to establish peace.
Against the people who own these properties and lands, a conspiracy is underway to evict them from their lands and homes. This is an extremely illegal, unconstitutional, and immoral act, and we say to the government of the day and to both governments, and especially to the people of Pakistan, that you must pressure your rulers, raise your voice against them, and against this planned scheme targeting Kashmiris, where a genocide is being plotted, raise your voice—your peaceful voice—against it.

تو اس اسی آڑ میں سول آبادیوں کے اوپر بھی جو ہے وہ جو فوجی اسلحہ ہے جو جنگی اسلحہ ہے وہ استعمال کیا جا رہا ہے اور ہمارے اوورسیز کے جو گھر ہیں ان کو تباہ کیا جا رہا ہے ان کی املاک کو جو ہے وہ تباہ کیا جا رہا ہے تو میں سب سے پہلے تو اس عمل کی اس بربریت کی مذمت کرتا ہوں اور اپنے تمام اوورسیز کشمیریوں سے یہ گزارش کروں گا کہ جس طرح آپ اس تحریک کے ساتھ جڑے ہیں اس عوامی حقوق تحریک کے ساتھ جڑے ہیں چونکہ یہ وہ تحریک ہے کہ جس نے اس 78 سالہ آزاد کشمیر کی تاریخ کی وہ انفرادی تحریک ہے کہ جس کے اندر نہ صرف مرد شامل ہیں،
تحریک کے آئینی مطالبات
خواتین شامل ہیں، بچے شامل ہیں ہر طبقے سے، ہر مکتبہ فکر سے جو لوگ اس تحریک میں شامل ہیں اور ہمارے مطالبات بھی بڑے واضح مطالبات ہیں آئینی مطالبات ہیں، قانونی مطالبات ہیں جائز مطالبات ہیں اور وہ مطالبات ہیں کہ جن پر ہر دو حکومتوں کے ساتھ جموں کشمیر جوائنٹ عوامی ایکشن کمیٹی کے چھ سے زائد تحریری معاہدہ جات جو ہے وہ ہو چکے ہیں اور اس کے باوجود بھی اپنے ان مطالبات کے حصول کے لیے جب ہم پرامن بیٹھے ہیں، دھرنا دے کے بیٹھے ہیں تو لوگوں کی املاک کو تباہ کیا جا رہا ہے تاجروں کی دکانوں کو لوٹا جا رہا ہے اور ان کے گھروں کے اوپر، سول آبادیوں کے اوپر جو ہے وہ شیلنگ اور فائرنگ کی جا رہی ہے
تو ہم اس کی بھرپور مذمت کرتے ہیں اور اپنے بھائی، اپنے تمام اوورسیز کے ساتھ جو ہے وہ اظہار یکجہتی بھی کرتے ہیں اور ان کو یہ یقین بھی دلاتے ہیں کہ یہ تحریک آپ کی ہے اور ہمارے نہ صرف لوگوں کی املاک کا بلکہ یہاں سو سے زائد ہمارے جو نوجوان اس پورے خطے کے اندر برنالہ سے لے کے نیلم تک جن کے سینے چھلنی کیے گئے ان کے خون کے ایک ایک قطرے کا جو ہے وہ حساب لیا جائے گا۔
راولاکوٹ میں محصور سول آبادی
اور ان گھروں کے اندر ہماری مائیں بہنیں جو ہیں وہ مقیم ہیں چھوٹی چھوٹی بچیاں مقیم ہیں راولاکوٹ شہر کے گردونواح میں اور شہر کے اندر اس وقت جو ہماری سول آبادی ہے وہ محصور ہے گزشتہ ڈھائی ماہ سے اور وہاں ان کو نہ راشن جو ہے پہنچ پا رہا ہے بلکہ ان کے گھروں پر جو ہے وہ گولیاں برسائی جا رہی ہیں ہماری خواتین کو ہراساں کیا جا رہا ہے ان کو جو ہے وہ تشدد کرنے کی جو ہے وہ کوششیں کی جا رہی ہیں لوگوں کو اس اپنی آبادی سے نکالنے کی جو ہے وہ سازشیں کی جا رہی ہیں اور یہ کہا جا رہا ہے کہ ہم کوئی امن قائم کرنا چاہ رہے ہیں جن لوگوں کی املاک ہیں، جن کی زمین ہے
ان کو اپنی زمینوں سے، اپنے گھروں سے جو بے دخل کرنے کی جو ہے وہ سازش ہے یہ انتہائی ایک غیر قانونی، غیر آئینی اور غیر اخلاقی عمل ہے اور ہم حکومت وقت سے اور ہر دو حکومتوں سے اور پاکستان کی عوام سے بالخصوص ہم یہ کہتے ہیں کہ آپ اپنے حکمرانوں پر دباؤ ڈالیں ان کے خلاف آواز بلند کریں اور کشمیریوں کے خلاف جو یہ ان کی منصوبہ بندی کے ذریعے سے جو نسل کشی کا جو پلان بنایا جا رہا ہے اس کے خلاف اپنی آواز، پرامن آواز کو بلند کریں۔
