This is Haveli, constituency Haveli Bagh 4. Chaudhry Mohsin Aziz Sahib and Faisal Mumtaz Rathore colluded to commit rigging. The presiding officer swapped and handed over altered forms concerning Chaudhry Mohsin Aziz Sahib, and all these altered forms were written by just one person. I will show you these different forms, which are certified copies we received from the Election Commission.
According to them, everything was written in the exact same handwriting. I am showing you a few examples of all the forms where rigging occurred. The public should see this and realize how corrupt this system is, and how completely this system has been exposed. Look at how rigging happens in Azad Kashmir and what kind of officials are put into power.
Identical handwriting on forms
Who is watching over them, and how and by whom was this done? Just look at these aspects of the system, and how badly the system has corrupted things. One Union Council is East, one result is for the Eastern UC and the other for the Western UC, yet they were written while sitting in the exact same office. Now let me show you—look at this handwriting, from Urdu script to numbers and English words, everything is identical.
Just keep watching as I show you these. This is polling station number 114, and this is 153—these are two separate Union Councils. And look at this, from Urdu handwriting to numbers, it was done similarly on these. Keep looking ahead at all of them.

Stolen mandate of voters
After this, take a look at this: here is another individual who, for two different ones—one Eastern UC and one Western UC—sat together and filled out these forms all at once. Look here, from handwriting to English words and numbers, everything is exactly the same. Now after this, take a look at these: these forms are in the exact same handwriting. From numbers to Urdu words, see how the mandate of 40,000 people was stolen.
Look at how this system operates— look at this, it is completely identical. Look here, all of these are identical. A single person sitting in one room stole the mandate of 40,000 citizens, stealing the mandate of 40,000 voters who supported Chaudhry Mohsin Aziz, all in the same handwriting; and these certified copies from the Azad Kashmir Election Commission are right in front of you, as you can see.
Handwriting of different individuals
These certified copies are right before you. Look at this. Look here, this shows the distinct handwriting of three to four different people. These forms I am showing you right now, after showing you earlier in detail, are certified copies from the Election Commission.
