I sacrifice myself for your streets, O homeland, where I sacrifice myself for your streets, O homeland, where it has become the custom that no one may walk with their head held high, and whoever loves you and steps out to circumambulate you, must walk with eyes lowered, trying to protect body and life. To all the participants of this protest, I extend my warmest greetings. First of all, I would like to thank all the office-bearers of the Kashmir Welfare Association, who against this oppression, tyranny, and fascism, organized today's protest, and gave all of us the opportunity to gather here and raise our voices against this fascism.
Widespread public movement
Respected guests, first of all, if we look at the Jammu Kashmir Joint Awami Action Committee, against 78 years of deprivation, this exploitation, and the luxuries of the ruling elite, it is such a widespread movement in which everyone from laborers to students, lawyers, and the working class, every individual belonging to any school of thought there, is a part of this Awami Action Committee.
In short, you can say that 4.5 million people, including 2.5 million people of Pakistan-administered Jammu Kashmir living within those 4,000 square miles, alongside them, living across the world, overseas Kashmiris, represented by the Jammu Kashmir Joint Awami Action Committee, are continuing their struggle uninterrupted. Respected audience, for the past three years, the Jammu Kashmir Joint Awami Action Committee's movement itself bears witness to the fact that the public has not broken even a single flowerpot.
The demands, very basic demands, that standing in today's modern world, we say that these demands are such that if they are mentioned anywhere, humanity itself would feel ashamed. What are the issues? What are they asking for? They only want a better future for their children.
Signed agreement on demands
They want a uniform education system for their children. They want better healthcare facilities for their elders. And above all, authority over their own homeland, which is our birthright, that we should rule over our own homeland, and we should make the decisions regarding our homeland from within our homeland. Respected guests, those 38 points which on October 4, 2025, the federal, federal, excuse me, Pakistani government ministers who are in the Pakistani government, Rana Sanaullah, Amir Muqam, and others, joining them, Faiz Mumtaz Rathore and other individuals in the Azad Kashmir government, while accepting those demands, recognizing the people's fundamental rights, formally signed off on them.
An agreement was made with them that all these demands would be implemented within the stipulated timeframe. Among those demands, as I have stated earlier, issues like health, education, employment, infrastructure, and road improvements are included. Two fundamental and major, major demands, one being that this self-serving ruling elite, who has occupied power in Muzaffarabad for 78 years, has continued the looting of public tax money, and alongside that, provided luxury and comfort for their upcoming generations.
High Court vehicle ruling
According to the Azad Kashmir High Court's ruling, exceeding a 1300 cc vehicle, none of these ministers is allowed to use any car. What does the Awami Action Committee want? The Awami Action Committee wants that ruling of the High Court to be implemented. They want that a region whose people are deprived of basic human rights, where women are forced to give birth on the streets, where children are deprived of going to school, where the ordinary laborer earns a salary of just 20,000 rupees a month, for their betterment...

Refugee representation demands
We want Freedom! We want Freedom! We want Freedom! The second major demand, regarding the refugees residing in Pakistan, we have consistently raised our voice from the start that our issue is not with the refugees.
We believe that of the State of Jammu and Kashmir's 84,471 square miles, we are the rightful heirs, and we believe that whether someone is in Ladakh, in Srinagar, in Poonch, or in Muzaffarabad, our right is one, our struggle is one. Whoever has occupied our homeland, in whatever form they may be, any usurper in any form, we reject that occupation. Against that usurper, we will continue our struggle.
We will sacrifice our youth, We will bring a revolution! We will sacrifice our youth, We will bring a revolution! But those residing in Pakistan, in the name of the refugees, the 12 seats belonging to these blackmailers, which in Pakistan-administered They have been placed in that Muzaffarabad assembly of Jammu Kashmir. If you look closely, the people over there, those out on the streets in the movement as well, are no better than those puppets.
But because the authority there, the people who run Muzaffarabad, they do not even know, they do not even know why fake state subject certificates are fabricated for them. To control Muzaffarabad's power through refugees, we want to put an end to this. The Jammu Kashmir Joint Awami Action Committee has made it clear since day one that we are not against Pakistan. We are not against any institution.
We are solely and exclusively fighting for our fundamental rights, keeping this struggle of ours ongoing. But in return for that, what were we given? Before June 5, when this agreement was made, for its, for its implementation, with the people until May 30, until May 30, this very Pakistani government, this puppet government of Azad Kashmir, kept holding negotiations with them.
Attacks on committee members
But immediately after that, on June 5, on the evening of June 5, through the security forces, preparations were made for a massacre there. On Sardar Umar Nazeer Kashmiri, member of the Jammu Kashmir Joint Awami Action Committee, a deadly attack was carried out, they surrounded him and opened fire on him, as a result of which Shahzaib Habib was martyred, Umar Nazeer was shot, and he was wounded.
This chain of events did not stop here. After this, on June 7, Rawalakot stands as a witness that the brutality displayed inside Rawalakot has no parallel anywhere in the world. See today, right there upon peaceful, unarmed people, dozens were martyred by direct gunfire. Shame, shame!

Mass casualties across region
Shame, shame! Shame, shame! But after this, the people of the Jammu Kashmir Joint Awami Action Committee, from Bhimber to Taobat, by deploying Pakistani forces there to carry out a massacre, more than a hundred people were martyred. Among them innocent people, from a two-year-old girl to eighty-five-year-old Commander Farooq, they spared no one.
And along with this, the finest minds of our society, our educated youth, who possessed political awareness, whether in the person of Shaukat Majeed, or in the person of Waqas Sarfraz Malik, they were our best and brightest, who were snatched away from us, they were martyred. After that, our prisoners, in their thousands, forcibly disappeared, with no trace of them, where they are or what condition they are in, whether they are alive or have been killed, we have no knowledge of this.
Blockade of food and water
And alongside this, our injured people, who fell victim to the savagery of these forces, are not being given medical aid. All the entry points to Azad Kashmir have been, on their part, by the Pakistani forces, blocked, and for the people there, food supplies and water have been cut off. In all of history, after Israel, if such an act was ever committed anywhere, it was Pakistan inside Pakistan-administered Jammu Kashmir that repeated this act.
And as a result, the 2.5 million people there have been stripped of everything. Today we want to ask that out of that region's population of 4.5 million, two million people are living away from home, all because of your lavish indulgences, because of your, your incompetence, because of your ineptitude, that you, occupying power for 75 years, could not provide education to the people there, could not provide healthcare to the people there, could not alleviate the deprivations of the people there, and as a result, two million Kashmiris today are forced to live as refugees.
Rejection of staged elections
This is the outcome of your incompetence and failure. Yet despite that, the cruel irony is that after unleashing all this fascism and barbarism, over there, in the name of elections, that farce was staged, and their own puppets, who were meant to reach the Muzaffarabad assembly, were installed there. Today we clearly, against the mockery made of Muzaffarabad, for its liberation and revival, against them, against that undemocratic process carried out at gunpoint, What happened by shedding the blood of the people, what happened by staining the streets of Rawalakot red with blood, we unequivocally reject it.

Through today's protest, we want to send a clear message to the members of the Jammu Kashmir Joint Awami Action Committee, Sardar Umar Nazeer Kashmiri, Sardar Arbab, Chaudhry, Chaudhry Imtiaz Aslam, and all other members of the core committee, we want to give them a clear message that every single child of Kashmir, every elder and youth of Kashmir, every woman, every man, at every intersection, stands with you like a rock.
Support for Rawalakot protesters
The people sitting in the protest sit-in in Rawalakot are not alone, their heirs are residing across the world; every conscious, every oppressed individual who is the rightful inheritor of their homeland, who opposes the occupation of their homeland by others, and opposes the usurping and unlawful seizure of their rights and authority. We stand against it. We will stand shoulder to shoulder with you, answering your every call, and standing with you in this struggle.
God willing. Along with this, through today's protest, to our people who were martyred in their hundreds, from a two-year-old child to an 85-year-old elder, the people who as a result of straight direct firing were martyred, we want to tell their families that today, those martyrs, whether in the form of Shaukat Majeed, or Waqas Sarfraz Malik, or Commander Farooq, or Shahzaib Habib, wherever they may be from, from whichever part of this region they belong, today, not just their family is their heir; today, every child, every elder, every man and woman of Jammu Kashmir, by choosing this sacred path of struggle amidst this calamity, is proving that we are all their heirs.
Appeal for self-determination
We, in this sacred struggle, by keeping the process of this movement alive and continuous, God willing, God willing, will achieve victory. God willing. Through today's protest, we want to appeal to the whole world that the issue which arose in 1947 from the partition of this region, that our state was divided, that right to self-determination which must be exercised there, we demand that by playing a role against this genocide of Kashmiris today, by fulfilling your responsibility, grant the people there this right so that they can freely make the best decision for their future.
Because the people there do not exist simply so that whoever occupies that region, whoever controls that region, can keep killing the people there, the innocent people there, and continue murdering them, and as a result of that genocide, the intentions that are very obvious, that somehow the threads of these conspiracies are once again aimed at subjecting the divided State of Jammu Kashmir in a new way, in a new era, to a conspiracy of division.
But against this, the way our brothers today stand defiant there in Rawalakot against those forces, we make this pledge that in this sacred act of struggle, we will stand shoulder to shoulder with them, and to take their voice to the outside world, to the utmost extent possible for us, whatever is possible, we will continue to raise our voice. God willing. And in the end, with a few slogans, I will take your leave.

نثار میں تری گلیوں کے اے وطن کہ جہاں نثار میں تری گلیوں کے اے وطن کہ جہاں یہ چلی ہے رسم کہ کوئی نہ سر اٹھا کے چلے جو چاہنے والا جو بھی ترے طواف کو نکلے نظر جھکا کے چلے، جسم و جاں بچا کے چلے تمام شرکائے احتجاج کو میری طرف سے سلام عرض ہو۔ سب سے پہلے میں کشمیر ویلفیئر ایسوسی ایشن کے تمام ذمہ داران کا شکر گزار ہوں کہ جنہوں نے اس ظلم، جبر، فاشیت کے خلاف آج کے اس احتجاج کا انعقاد کیا اور ہم سب کو یہاں اکٹھا ہونے اور اس فاشیت کے خلاف آواز بلند کرنے کا موقع دیا۔
عوامی ایکشن کمیٹی کی نمائندگی
معززِ وقار، سب سے پہلے اگر دیکھا جائے کہ جموں کشمیر جوائنٹ عوامی ایکشن کمیٹی 78 سالہ محرومیوں، اس استحصال، حکمران طبقات کی عیاشیوں کے خلاف ایک ایسا ہی بہاؤ ہے جس میں مزدور سے لے کے طلبہ، وکلا، وہاں کا محنت کش، وہاں کا ہر مکتبۂ فکر سے تعلق رکھنے والا فرد اس عوامی ایکشن کمیٹی کا حصہ ہے۔ الغرض کہہ دیجیے کہ 45 لاکھ لوگ جن میں سے 25 لاکھ لوگ پاکستان کے زیرِ انتظام جموں کشمیر کے اس 4000 مربع میل میں رہنے والے لوگ ہیں، ان کے ساتھ ساتھ دنیا بھر میں مقیم اوورسیز کشمیری ان کی نمائندہ جموں کشمیر جوائنٹ عوامی ایکشن کمیٹی کی صورت میں اپنی جدوجہد جاری و ساری رکھے ہوئے ہیں۔
معززِ وقار، پچھلے تین سال سے جموں کشمیر جوائنٹ عوامی ایکشن کمیٹی کی یہ تحریک خود اس چیز کی شاہد ہے کہ عوام کی طرف سے کبھی ایک گملہ تک نہیں توڑا گیا۔ مطالبات انتہائی بنیادی مطالبات کہ آج کی دنیا، آج جہاں دنیا میں ٹھہر کے ہم یہ کہتے ہیں کہ ایسے مطالبات ہیں کہ جن کو اگر کہیں بیان کیا جائے تو خود انسانیت شرما جاتی ہے۔ مسائل کیا ہیں؟ مانگتے کیا ہیں؟
وہ صرف اپنے بچوں کے لیے ایک بہتر مستقبل چاہتے ہیں۔ اپنے بچوں کے لیے یکساں نظامِ تعلیم چاہتے ہیں۔ وہ اپنے بزرگوں کے لیے بہتر صحت کے مواقع چاہتے ہیں۔ اور سب سے بڑھ کر اپنے وطن پر اپنا اختیار جس کا حق ہمیں پیدائشی حق ملا ہے کہ اپنے وطن پہ اپنا راج ہونا چاہیے، اپنے وطن کے فیصلے اپنے وطن کے اندر رہتے ہوئے ہمیں کرنے چاہئیں۔
اڑتیس نکاتی مطالبات اور معاہدہ
معززِ وقار، ان 38 نکات جن کو 4 اکتوبر 2025 کو وفاقی وفاقی، معذرت کے ساتھ پاکستانی حکومتی وزراء جو پاکستانی حکومت میں ہیں، رانا ثناء اللہ، امیر مقام اور دوسرے ان کے ساتھ مل کر، فیض ممتاز راٹھور حکومتِ آزاد کشمیر میں موجود دیگر لوگوں نے ان مطالبات کو تسلیم کرتے ہوئے لوگوں کے بنیادی حقوق کو تسلیم کرتے ہوئے ان پر باقاعدہ دستخط کیے۔ ان سے ایک معاہدہ کیا گیا کہ اندرونِ میعاد ان کے ان تمام مطالبات پر عمل درآمد کیا جائے گا۔
ان مطالبات میں، میں پہلے بیان کر چکا، کہ صحت، تعلیم، روزگار، انفراسٹرکچر، سڑکوں کی بہتری یہ چیزیں شامل ہیں۔ دو بنیادی چیزیں جو بڑی، جو بڑے مطالبے، ایک وہ کہ یہ جو نخبہ باز ٹولہ، جو مظفر آباد کے اقتدار پر قابض ہے 78 سالوں سے، انہوں نے عوام کے ٹیکسز کے پیسوں سے لوٹ مار جاری رکھی اور اس کے ساتھ ساتھ انہوں نے اپنی نسلوں کی عیاشیوں کا سامان مہیا کیا۔
ہائی کورٹ آزاد کشمیر کے فیصلے کے مطابق 1300 سی سی گاڑی سے اوپر ان میں سے کوئی، وزراء میں سے کوئی گاڑی استعمال نہیں کر سکتا۔ عوامی ایکشن کمیٹی کیا چاہتی ہے؟ عوامی ایکشن کمیٹی ہائی کورٹ کے اس فیصلے پر عمل چاہتی ہے۔ وہ یہ چاہتی ہے کہ جس خطے کے لوگ بنیادی انسانی حقوق سے محروم ہیں، جہاں پہ عورتوں کو سڑکوں پہ بچوں کی پیدائش کے لیے جانا پڑے، جہاں کے بچے اسکول جانے سے محروم ہوں، جہاں پہ عام جو محنت کش ہے اس کی جو تنخواہ ہے وہ 20,000 ماہانہ ہو، ان کی بہتری۔۔۔
نعرۂ کشمیر! جیوے جیوے کشمیر! نعرۂ کشمیر! جیوے جیوے کشمیر! ہمیں چاہیے آزادی! ہمیں چاہیے آزادی!
مہاجرین اور ریاستی ملکیت کا مطالبہ
ہمیں چاہیے آزادی! دوسرا بڑا مطالبہ، مہاجرینِ مقیم پاکستان، ہم شروع سے ہی یہ آواز بلند رکھتے ہیں کہ ہمارا مسئلہ مہاجرین کے ساتھ نہیں ہے۔ ہم تو یہ چاہتے ہیں کہ ریاست جموں کشمیر کا 84,471 مربع میل ہم اس کے وارث ہیں، ہم یہ سمجھتے ہیں کہ جو اگر لداخ میں ہوتا، سری نگر میں ہوتا، پونچھ میں ہوتا یا مظفر آباد میں ہوتا، ہمارا حق ایک ہے، ہماری لڑائی ایک ہے۔
ہمارے وطن کے اوپر جو قابض ہے، وہ کسی صورت میں ہو، غاصب کسی صورت میں ہو، ہم وہ قبضہ ہم اس کو مسترد کرتے ہیں۔ اس غاصب کو، ہم اس کے خلاف اپنی جدوجہد جاری رکھیں گے۔ جوانیاں لٹائیں گے، انقلاب لائیں گے! جوانیاں لٹائیں گے، انقلاب لائیں گے!
اسمبلی کی بارہ نشستوں پر اعتراض
لیکن وہ جو پاکستان میں مقیم مہاجرین کے نام پر 12 بلیک میلرز کی جو نشستیں ہیں، جو پاکستانی زیرِ انتظام جموں کشمیر کی اس مظفرآباد کی اسمبلی میں رکھی گئی ہیں۔ اگر دیکھا جائے تو جو وہاں کے لوگ ہیں، جو تحریکِ سڑکوں پہ وہ بھی ان کٹھ پتلیوں سے کم نہیں ہیں۔ لیکن کیونکہ وہاں کا اختیار، وہ جو لوگ جو مظفرآباد کو چلاتے ہیں، انہیں پتہ ہی نہیں، انہیں پتہ ہی نہیں کہ ان کے اسٹیٹ سبجیکٹس جو جعلی بنائے جاتے ہیں، کس لیے۔
مہاجرین کے ذریعے مظفرآباد کے اس اقتدار کو کنٹرول کرنے کے لیے، ہم اس کا خاتمہ چاہتے ہیں۔ جموں کشمیر جوائنٹ عوامی ایکشن کمیٹی اول روز سے یہ واضح کرتی رہی ہے کہ ہم پاکستان کے خلاف نہیں ہیں۔ ہم کسی ادارے کے خلاف نہیں ہیں۔ ہم صرف اور صرف اپنے بنیادی حقوق کے لیے اپنی اس جدوجہد کو جاری و ساری رکھے ہوئے ہیں۔
قیادت پر قاتلانہ حملہ اور فائرنگ
لیکن اس کے عوض میں ہمیں کیا دیا گیا؟ 5 جون سے، اس سے قبل جو یہ معاہدہ کیا گیا، اس کے، اس کو، اس کی امپلیمنٹیشن کے لیے 30 مئی 2026ء تک لوگوں کو، 30 مئی 2026ء تک یہی پاکستانی حکومت، یہی آزاد کشمیر کی کٹھ پتلی حکومت ان کے ساتھ مذاکرات کرتی رہی۔ لیکن اس کے فوراً بعد 5 جون کو، 5 جون کی شام فورسز کے ذریعے وہاں پہ قتلِ عام کی تیاری کی گئی۔ سردار عمر نذیر کشمیری، ممبر جموں کشمیر جوائنٹ عوامی ایکشن کمیٹی پر قاتلانہ حملہ کیا گیا، انہیں گھیرے میں لے کر ان پر فائرنگ کی گئی، جس کے نتیجے میں شاہ زیب حبیب شہید ہو گیا، عمر نذیر کو گولی لگی، وہ زخمی ہو گئے۔
دوسرا بڑا مطالبہ، مہاجرینِ مقیم پاکستان، ہم شروع سے ہی یہ آواز بلند رکھتے ہیں کہ ہمارا مسئلہ مہاجرین کے ساتھ نہیں ہے۔
یہ سلسلہ یہاں پہ نہیں رکا۔ اس کے بعد 7 جون کو راولاکوٹ گواہ ہے، کہ راولاکوٹ کے اندر جس بربریت کا مظاہرہ کیا گیا، وہ دنیا میں اس کی نظیر نہیں ملتی۔ کہ آج دیکھیے، وہاں پُرامن نہتے لوگوں پر براہِ راست فائرنگ کرتے ہوئے درجنوں لوگوں کو شہید کیا گیا۔ شرم، شرم! شرم، شرم!
نہتے شہریوں پر فائرنگ اور شہادتیں
شرم، شرم! شرم، شرم! شرم، شرم! شرم، شرم! شرم، شرم! لیکن اس کے بعد جو جموں کشمیر جوائنٹ عوامی ایکشن کمیٹی کے لوگ تھے، بھمبر سے تاؤبٹ تک پاکستانی فورسز کو وہاں پہ بھیج کر جو قتلِ عام کرایا گیا، 100 سے زائد لوگوں کو شہید کر دیا گیا۔ ان میں معصوم لوگ، دو سال کی بچی سے لے کر 85 سال کے کمانڈر فاروق تک، انہوں نے نہ بخشا۔
اور اس کے ساتھ ساتھ اس میں ہمارے معاشرے کی جو کریم تھی، ہمارا جو پڑھا لکھا نوجوان تھا، جو شعور رکھتا تھا، وہ، وہ شوکت مجید کی صورت میں ہو، وہ وقاص سرفراز ملک کی صورت میں ہو، وہ ہماری کریم تھی، اس کو ہم سے چھین لیا گیا، ان کو شہید کر دیا گیا۔ اس کے بعد جو ہمارے اسیران ہیں، ہزاروں کی تعداد میں، جبری طور پر گمشدہ کرتے ہوئے لوگوں کا کوئی پتہ نہیں، وہ کہاں پہ موجود ہیں، کس صورت میں موجود ہیں، آیا وہ زندہ ہیں یا انہیں مار دیا گیا ہے، ہمیں اس کی کوئی خبر نہیں۔
داخلی راستوں کی ناکہ بندی
اور اس کے ساتھ ساتھ ہمارے جو زخمی لوگ ہیں، جو ان فورسز کی درندگی کا شکار ہوتے ہیں، ان کو طبی امداد نہیں دی جا رہی۔ آزاد کشمیر کے تمام جو داخلی راستے ہیں، ان کو، ان کی طرف سے، پاکستانی فورسز کی طرف سے بند کرتے ہوئے وہاں کے لوگوں کا راشن اور پانی بند کیا گیا ہے۔ یہ اس کل تاریخ میں اسرائیل کے بعد اگر کہیں پہ یہ عمل کیا گیا تو وہ پاکستان نے اپنے زیرِ انتظام جموں کشمیر کے اندر یہ عمل دہرایا۔
اور جس کے نتیجے میں وہاں کے 25 لاکھ لوگ جو ہیں، وہ محروم ہو چکے ہیں۔ آج ہم یہ پوچھنا چاہتے ہیں کہ 45 لاکھ کی آبادی کے اس خطے کے 20 لاکھ لوگ وہاں سے باہر ہیں، وہ آپ کی عیاشیوں کی وجہ سے، آپ کی، آپ کی نالائقی، نااہلی کی وجہ سے، کہ آپ 75 سال سے اس اقتدار پہ قابض وہاں کے لوگوں کو تعلیم نہیں دے سکے، وہاں کے لوگوں کو صحت نہیں دے سکے، وہاں کے لوگوں کی محرومیوں کو دور نہیں کر سکے، اس کے نتیجے میں آج 20 لاکھ کشمیری مہاجرت کی زندگی گزارنے پر مجبور ہیں۔
الیکشن کے ڈھونگ کی مذمت
یہ آپ کی نااہلی، نالائقی کا نتیجہ ہے۔ لیکن اس کے باوجود ستم ظریفی یہ ہے کہ اس کل فسطائیت، بربریت کرنے کے بعد وہاں پہ الیکشن کے نام پر وہ جو ڈھونگ رچایا گیا، وہ جو اپنے کٹھ پتلی تھے، جن کو مظفرآباد اسمبلی میں پہنچانا تھا، ان کو پہنچایا گیا۔ ہم آج واضح طور پر وہ جو مظفرآباد کے ساتھ جو کھلواڑ کیا گیا، ہم اس کے تنفس کے لیے ان کے خلاف اس غیر جمہوری عمل کو جو بندوق کی نوک پر ہوا، جو لوگوں کے، لوگوں کا خون بہا کر ہوا، جو راولاکوٹ کی گلیوں کو خون سے سرخ کرتے ہوئے ہوا، اس کو واضح طور پر مسترد کرتے ہیں۔
ہم آج کے اس احتجاج سے جموں کشمیر جوائنٹ عوامی ایکشن کمیٹی کے ممبران، سردار عمر نذیر کشمیری، سردار ارباب، چودھری چودھری امتیاز اسلم اور دیگر جتنے بھی کور کمیٹی کے ممبران ہیں، ان کو واضح طور پر پیغام دینا چاہتے ہیں کہ کشمیر کا بچہ بچہ، کشمیر کا ہر پیر و جوان، ہر عورت، ہر مرد، ہر چوک پہ، چٹان کی طرح آپ کے ساتھ کھڑا ہے۔ راولاکوٹ میں احتجاجی دھرنے میں بیٹھے ہوئے لوگ وہ اکیلے نہیں ہیں، ان کا وارث دنیا بھر میں مقیم ہر با شعور، ہر محکوم وہ فرد ہے جو اپنے وطن کا وارث ہے، جو اپنے وطن پر دوسروں کا جو، جو قبضہ ہے، جو غاصبانہ حقوق پہ، جو اختیار پہ قبضہ کیا جا رہا ہے، اس کے خلاف ہے۔
ہم آپ کے ساتھ کندھے سے کندھا ملا کر آپ کی ہر کال پہ لبیک کہتے ہوئے آپ کی اس جدوجہد میں آپ کے ساتھ کھڑے رہیں گے۔ انشاء اللہ۔ اس کے ساتھ ساتھ آج کے اس احتجاج کی وساطت سے ہمارے وہ لوگ جو سینکڑوں کی تعداد میں شہید کر دیے گئے، دو سال کی بچی سے لے کے 85 سال کے بزرگ تک، لوگوں کو جو سیدھی فائرنگ کے نتیجے میں شہید کر دیا گیا، ہم ان کے خاندانوں سے یہ کہنا چاہتے ہیں کہ آج وہ شہید جو ہیں، وہ شوکت مجید کی صورت میں ہوں، وہ وقاص سرفراز ملک کی صورت میں ہوں، وہ کمانڈر فاروق کی صورت میں ہوں، وہ شاہ زیب حبیب کی صورت میں ہوں، وہ جہاں کا بھی ہوگا، اس خطے کے جس علاقے سے ہوگا، آج اس کا خاندان اس کا وارث نہیں، آج جموں کشمیر کا ہر بچہ، ہر بوڑھا، ہر مرد و عورت اسی جدوجہد کے مقدس عمل کو چن کر اس آفت میں یہ ثابت کر رہا ہے کہ ہم سبھی ان کے وارث ہیں۔
حق خود ارادیت کی عالمی اپیل
ہم جدوجہد کے اس مقدس اس جدوجہد کے عمل کو جاری و ساری رکھتے ہوئے انشاء اللہ، انشاء اللہ فتح سے ہمکنار ہوں گے۔ انشاء اللہ۔ آج کے اس احتجاج کی وساطت سے ہم دنیا بھر سے یہ اپیل کرنا چاہتے ہیں کہ وہ مسئلہ جو 1947ء میں اس خطے کی تقسیم سے ہوا، کہ ہماری ریاست، اسے تقسیم کر دیا گیا، وہ حقِ خود ارادیت جس پر وہاں عمل درآمد ہونا ہے، ہم مطالبہ کرتے ہیں کہ آج اس کشمیریوں کی نسل کشی کے خلاف اپنا کردار ادا کرتے ہوئے وہاں کے لوگوں کو یہ حق دیں کہ وہ آزادانہ طور پر اپنے مستقبل کا بہتر فیصلہ کر سکیں۔
کیونکہ وہاں کے لوگ اس لیے نہیں کہ جو بھی اس خطے پر قابض ہے، جو کنٹرول رکھتا ہے اس خطے کا، کہ وہاں کے لوگوں کو، وہاں کے معصوم لوگوں کو قتل کرتا رہے اور اس نسل کشی کے نتیجے میں جو ارادے جو بڑے واضح ہیں کہ یہ کہیں نہ کہیں اس کے تانے بانے ایک دفعہ پھر تقسیم شدہ ریاست جموں کشمیر کو ایک نئے طریقے پر، ایک نئے دور میں تقسیم کرنے کی سازش ہے۔ لیکن اس کے خلاف آج جس طرح ہمارے بھائی وہاں راولاکوٹ میں سینہ تان کے ان فورسز کے خلاف کھڑے ہوئے ہیں، ہم یہ عہد کرتے ہیں جدوجہد کے اس مقدس عمل میں ہم ان کے شانہ بشانہ کھڑے رہیں گے ان کی آواز کو بیرونی دنیا میں پہنچانے کے لیے ہم سے جہاں تک جو ممکن ہو سکا، ہم اپنی آواز بلند کرتے رہیں گے۔
جدوجہد کے اختتامی نعرے
انشاء اللہ۔ اور آخر میں چند نعروں کے ساتھ آپ سے اجازت چاہوں گا۔ اس کے بعد فتح کسی؟ موت تئیں! بڑھے چلو، بڑھے چلو! فتح کسی؟ موت تئیں!
بڑھے چلو، بڑھے چلو! فتح تمہاری منتظر! بڑھے چلو، بڑھے چلو! وقتِ فتح منتظر! بڑھے چلو، بڑھے چلو!
