I seek refuge in Allah from Satan the accursed; in the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful; peace be upon you, and the mercy and blessings of Allah. I hope you are all doing well. I wanted to deliver a special message today. I have been thinking for quite some time whether I should talk about this or not.
Crisis in Azad Kashmir
However, today I finally believe the time is right, and it is extremely important to convey the message I want to share with you all. Particularly for my brothers and sisters from Azad Kashmir living overseas. As you all know, since June 6th, Azad Kashmir has been going through a time of severe hardship. Between the Joint Public Action Committee and the government, the disputes, the conflict, the misunderstandings, whatever they were, Azad Kashmir was brought to a complete standstill because of them.
Many things were happening that perhaps you did not like, nor did I, and indeed the majority of people—in fact, no one—liked them. The purpose of making this video today is to clarify what my role and that of my organization, namely the Kashmir Orphan Relief Trust (KORT), should have been, and what we are actually doing. Let me make one thing clear: KORT is a purely humanitarian organization.
Our purpose is the service of humanity. We have no affiliation with any political party or religious group. Of course, we have to engage with politicians, and we have had to work alongside various individuals. Regardless of political parties, we have to cooperate with everyone because living in this country makes that necessary.
Questions about KORT's actions
So we hold no dispute with anyone. The question was being raised as to what I and KORT have been doing ever since Azad Kashmir went into lockdown on June 6th. Listen, it is not necessary to post everything on social media, nor should you put everyone in the witness box and appoint yourselves as the jury. I am addressing those who are unaware; most people already know, but for those who do not, I want to deliver this message, because people were asking what I or KORT have been doing.
As I mentioned earlier, KORT is a charitable organization. Our mission is serving humanity, whether it is a natural disaster or any other calamity. As far as possible, we have always been on the front lines and will continue to be. Even right now, KORT is carrying out many projects across Azad Kashmir and Pakistan, mostly in Azad Kashmir, with the largest endeavor being our hospital project.
Now, I will discuss what we have been doing ever since the lockdown began in Azad Kashmir. I had maintained my silence, and there was a reason for that. The reason was certainly not to give anyone a chance to call me, my team, or my organization a facilitator. I do not know what definition people attach to being a "facilitator."
Relief work in Rawalakot
However, there is one thing I know for certain: KORT knows how to perform its duties exceptionally well. Today, I would like to tell you what KORT has been doing for several weeks. For weeks now in Rawalakot, by the grace of God, KORT has been carrying out its relief work. It has been doing this quietly.
We have distributed food supplies to our affected brothers and sisters. At this moment, I believe that across Rawalakot, and indeed the entire Poonch district, everyone is deserving, and everyone is affected. Whether someone is sitting outside or standing inside, whatever the situation, everyone is in need; therefore, collaborating with the local administration for weeks, we have made continuous efforts, and in the thousands, we have distributed food packages.
We have distributed food rations to thousands of households with utmost dignity. We organized medical camps. We distributed and provided medications to the people and patients there that I would readily give to my own family members; in other words, we provided top-tier, Grade-A medicines. You can verify this fact for yourselves.
Medical care and food aid
We dispatched doctors, we dispatched nurses, and our field teams went along. Patients in the thousands were examined and treated. Even right now, as I speak today on October 3rd, our team just returned from Rawalakot a day or two ago after completing the latest relief phase. Rations were distributed in the thousands, and at this very moment, our teams are in Hajira, Poonch, distributing food supplies.
It was important to mention this for those asking what KORT was doing. This is KORT's work; this is our duty, and we know how to carry it out with excellence. I remained silent so that every individual holding a phone on social media, acting as both judge and jury, would stop doing so. It is very easy to criticize things you know nothing about, but doing the actual work is very difficult.
Whatever KORT's purpose is, KORT is actively fulfilling it. The encouraging part is that, praise be to God, whatever we accomplished— whether it was a lot, very little, or next to nothing—God knows best, and it was done with pure intentions. They are our brothers and sisters; they are our own people who are suffering. Whatever the cause may be, they were facing hardships at this time.
We were granted clearance by all relevant authorities, and we went there to carry out distributions, we are doing so now, and we will continue to do so. We distributed medicines and will continue to do so, as that is our mission. However, let me also inform you that across any platform, as you can see, with all the rations and medicines we distributed, had it been any other organization, they would have plastered it all over social media asking for charity, soliciting donations, and boasting about their relief work.
No appeals for funding
You can observe that across all our platforms, we have not asked anyone for a single penny in funding. This is because, praise be to God, we already had funds available, and we utilized those funds; we still have resources and will keep using them. If we ever run short, you are our donors, and we will certainly reach out to you, but right now we do not need to. Our organization has been serving for 21 years; KORT has a 21-year history, and the one thing we have earned through honesty is our credibility.
Fabricating stories to gather donations is simply not in our nature. Praise be to God, they are our own people to whom we were distributing rations, to whom we were providing medicines, and to whom we will continue to do so. We had the funds, we still have the funds, and we are putting them to use. That is why you can check any platform anywhere; for these brothers and sisters during this crisis in Azad Kashmir, for the food packages we distributed or the medical aid we provided, we did not launch a single fundraising appeal, by God's grace.
Addressing suggestions for mediation
Now comes the matter of those suggesting mediation. Speaking of mediation, look: I am neither a politician, nor am I affiliated with any political party; we respect and value everyone equally. However, stepping in as a mediator is neither our job nor our jurisdiction; that lies between the governments and the Joint Public Action Committee, regarding whatever disputes exist between them.
I am affected, my organization is affected, all of Azad Kashmir is affected, and sitting here, I am not pointing fingers at who is right and who is wrong. With all due respect, that is not my responsibility. I am not here to pass judgment on who is right and who is wrong, nor am I imposing on anyone or exposing anyone. However, I will say this much, and God knows it best: from day one, I have been doing everything within my available resources.
I do not know what definition people attach to being a "facilitator."
With whatever influence I have, I have certainly tried to mediate somewhere, somehow, and we will continue trying, so that this entire crisis in Azad Kashmir comes to an end as soon as possible, and we can return to peace and normalcy. But please remember, this is not something I can do all on my own. We are doing our absolute best, and many other people are also trying their best.
This is not in the hands of a single individual, nor is it in the hands of just one government; these governments— whether it is the federal government, the government of Azad Kashmir, or the Action Committee— must sit down together and find a solution. This is not something you or I alone can solve; however, we are doing our utmost. We are not just sitting by detached from it all.
Even though this is not our domain, we are still trying our best so that as soon as possible, this problem is resolved, because losing even a single life, I believe, is something no price can ever compensate for, since a life once lost can never be brought back. The many lives that have been lost, whatever the reason, we condemn all of it, whatever happened, but this kind of matter does not fall within KORT's domain.
Public expectations and responsibilities
People's expectations and hopes are understandable, but please remember that we cannot do everything. However, we are certainly making an effort. Whatever our actual responsibility is, we are definitely carrying it out. It became necessary to deliver this message to you because many people have been calling for several weeks, in fact for the past two to two and a half months, asking what KORT is doing, what KORT is doing.
This is what KORT is doing. It has been doing it quietly for a very long time, but doing it quietly. And we will continue to do so. We will not post it on social media.
Today, in this video, I will certainly show you a brief glimpse, because there might be some people, a few individuals, who might think that perhaps we are lying. I neither have a habit of lying, nor do I have any need to. I am sharing this today so that those who were asking, both well-wishers and critics alike, may find the answers to their questions today. For God's sake, let us do our work.
Hospital construction project
We are trying to ensure that any marginalized person reaches here and that our humanitarian mission continues uninterrupted. And our biggest project right now is the hospital we are building. In 78 years, no one had the resolve to build such a hospital, whether rulers or anyone else, to build such a hospital that will provide free medical treatment to the poor. We made our intention, we are striving, and we will keep striving until our very last breath.
Right now, in just 10 months, work worth nearly 2.5 billion rupees has already been completed on the hospital. And it did not happen easily. Ten months ago, when we started this work, we did not even have 100 million rupees. Yet we have been traveling around the entire world with a begging bowl, and we will continue to ask you: support us, help us, so that we can assist those with whom you and I share a special bond— the bond of empathy.
The people living in Azad Kashmir, or in Dina, Jhelum, and Kharian—the adjacent cities— the poor people there, with whom we share this vital bond of empathy. Guided by this bond of empathy, for 21 years here, we have been doing our work, and we will continue doing it. For this noble cause as well, I appeal to you, for God's sake: please do support us—please support the KORT hospital.
We have to complete it within three years; the sooner we finish it, the sooner free medical care will be provided to the poor. If you cannot do anything else, at least pray for it. So please, for God's sake, on social media, especially targeting me or KORT— I am not making this video out of fear of anyone, but merely to those friends and brothers, I want to deliver this one message, to those who were perhaps unaware of what KORT is actually doing.
Now you know what KORT is doing. Let KORT do its work. Whatever is not KORT's job, is beyond my control, and we will not get involved in it. However, whatever is KORT's responsibility, we are doing it, and we are doing it with pure intentions.
Plea against spreading hatred
I hope that through this video, for many people, whatever doubts or questions they had, you have now received your answers. And one more thing. Just as a few individuals are trying to spread hatred between the people of Azad Kashmir and Pakistan, for God's sake, stop doing this. I know this, you know this, and everyone knows that a few individuals do not represent all of Azad Kashmir, nor do a few individuals represent the whole of Pakistan.
Kashmir was, is, and will always remain the jugular vein of Pakistan. We love Pakistan; Azad Kashmir exists because of Pakistan, and Pakistan exists because of Azad Kashmir. So please, for God's sake, do not spread this hatred. It is wrong.
Tragic loss of team member
That is all I wanted to convey to you. And during this relief distribution that we were carrying out in Rawalakot, we faced great difficulties and went through severe trials, but there was one tragic incident that happened to us: our team—one of our teams distributing relief in Rawalakot— during that distribution, one of our own brothers, a friend, a team member, an employee of KORT, passed away as a martyr at the age of 32.
He suffered a heart attack; he was originally from Kalri, and he has left behind a little five-year-old daughter. He attained martyrdom during this journey, after suffering a heart attack. My request to you is to please keep supporting KORT, please pray for KORT, and whenever we make an appeal for a cause, like the appeal for the hospital, please do stand by us. However, at this moment, for the food rations we are distributing in Azad Kashmir, we will not appeal for funds, nor have we felt the need for it so far.
If the need arises, we will definitely reach out to you, but right now, we do not need it. We look forward to your prayers—for me, for the entire team of KORT, all the administrative staff, and all our trustees around the world; please pray for them, and especially for our selfless donors, who have compassionate hearts and have stood by us for 21 years; please pray for them. May Allah be the protector and helper of us all.
اعوذ باللہ من الشیطان الرجیم، بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم، السلام علیکم و رحمة اللہ و برکاتہ امید ہے آپ سب خیریت سے ہوں گے۔ میں ایک خاص پیغام آج دینا چاہ رہا تھا۔ کافی عرصے سے سوچ رہا تھا کہ یہ بات کروں نہ کروں۔ لیکن بالاخر آج میں سمجھتا ہوں کہ وہ وقت صحیح ہے کہ جو پیغام میں دینا چاہ رہا ہوں وہ آپ لوگوں تک پہنچانا بہت ضروری ہے۔
بالخصوص میرے اوورسیز کے جو آزاد کشمیر کے بہن بھائی ہیں ان کے لیے۔ جیسے آپ سب جانتے ہیں کہ 6 جون سے آزاد کشمیر ایک بہت مشکلات میں گزر رہا ہے۔ جوائنٹ عوامی ایکشن کمیٹی اور حکومت کے درمیان جو تنازع تھے، جو کنفلکٹ تھی، جو مس انڈرسٹینڈنگ تھی، جو بھی تھی، ان کی وجہ سے آزاد کشمیر اسٹینڈ اسٹل میں تھا۔ بہت سی چیزیں جو ہو رہی تھیں، جو شاید آپ کو بھی پسند نہیں تھیں اور مجھے بھی اور اکثریت لوگوں کو، یقیناً سب کو پسند نہیں تھا۔
آج اس ویڈیو بنانے کا مقصد یہ تھا کہ میرا اور میرے ادارے یعنی کہ 'کوٹ کشمیر آرل ریلیف ٹرسٹ' کا کیا کردار ہے، کیا ہمیں کرنا چاہیے تھا اور کیا ہم کر رہے ہیں۔ ایک چیز میں واضح کر دوں کہ کوٹ کشمیر آرل ریلیف ٹرسٹ ایک فلاحی ادارہ ہے۔ ہمارا کام ہے خدمتِ خلق کرنا۔ نہ ہمارا کسی سیاسی پارٹی سے، نہ کسی مذہبی پارٹی سے ہمارا کوئی تعلق ہے۔
یقیناً ہمیں ہر سیاستدان کے ساتھ کام کرنا پڑتا ہے، ہر کسی فرد کے ساتھ ہمیں کام کرنا پڑا ہے۔ پولیٹیکل پارٹیز چاہے جو بھی ہوں، ہمیں ان سب کے ساتھ کام کرنا پڑتا ہے کیونکہ جس ملک میں ہم رہ رہے ہیں، یہ بہت ضروری ہے۔ تو ہمارا کسی کے ساتھ کوئی تنازع نہیں ہے۔ سوال یہ اٹھ رہا تھا کہ 6 جون سے جب سے آزاد کشمیر لاک ڈاؤن ہے میں کیا کر رہا ہوں اور کوٹ کیا کر رہا ہے۔
دیکھیے ہر چیز سوشل میڈیا پہ ضرور نہیں ڈالنا اور ہر کسی کو آپ اس کٹہرے میں کھڑا کر کے آپ جیوری نہ بنایا کریں۔ میں ان لوگوں سے مخاطب ہو رہا ہوں جو کچھ نہیں جانتے اور اکثریت لوگ جانتے ہیں، جو نہیں جانتے میں ان کے لیے یہ پیغام دینا چاہ رہا ہوں کہ لوگوں کا سوال یہ تھا کہ میں یا کوٹ کیا کر رہا ہے۔ جیسے میں نے پہلے ذکر کیا، کوٹ ایک فلاحی ادارہ ہے۔
ہمارا کام ہے خدمتِ خلق، چاہے وہ قدرتی آفت ہو، چاہے وہ نیچرل کیلامیٹیز ہوں، ہمارا کام ہے جتنا بھی ممکن ہو، ہم اول صف میں ہوتے ہیں اور ہوتے رہیں گے۔ اس وقت بھی بہت سے کام ہیں جو آزاد کشمیر میں اور پاکستان میں کوٹ کر رہا ہے، زیادہ تر آزاد کشمیر میں اور سب سے بڑا جو کام جو کوٹ کر رہا ہے وہ ہے ہاسپٹل کا۔ اب میں بات کروں گا کہ جب سے آزاد کشمیر میں لاک ڈاؤن ہوا ہم کیا کر رہے تھے۔
میں نے خاموشی اختیار کی ہوئی تھی، کوئی وجہ تھی اس لیے۔ اس کی یہ وجہ نہیں تھی کہ آپ ہمیں، مجھے یا میرے ادارے کو سہولت کار کہیں۔ سہولت کار کی ڈیفینیشن میں نہیں جانتا کیا ہے تو کیا نہیں ہے۔ لیکن ایک چیز میں ضرور جانتا ہوں کہ کوٹ اپنا کام اچھے طریقے سے کرنا جانتا ہے۔
آج میں آپ کو بتانا چاہوں گا کہ کوٹ کئی ہفتوں سے کیا کر رہا ہے۔ راولاکوٹ میں کئی ہفتوں سے کوٹ الحمدللہ جو اپنا کام ہے، ریلیف کا کام کر رہا ہے۔ چپ کر کے کام کر رہا ہے۔ ہم نے راشن بھی تقسیم کیے ہیں ہمارے ان بہن بھائیوں کے لیے جو متاثر ہیں۔
اس وقت میں سمجھتا ہوں کہ راولاکوٹ، البتہ پورے پونچھ میں، ہر کوئی مستحق ہے، ہر کوئی متاثر ہے۔ کوئی باہر بیٹھا ہوا ہے، کوئی اندر کھڑا ہوا ہے، جو بھی ہے، ہر کوئی مستحق ہے۔ تو ہم نے ایڈمنسٹریشن کے ساتھ مل کر کئی ہفتوں سے ہم نے کوشش کی ہے کہ ہزاروں کی مد میں راشن ہم نے تقسیم کیا ہے۔ ہزاروں گھروں کو ہم نے راشن تقسیم کیا ہے با عزت طریقے سے۔
ہم نے میڈیکل کیمپس لگائے، ہم نے وہ دوائیاں وہاں تقسیم کی ہیں اور لوگوں اور مریضوں کو دی ہیں جو میں اپنے سگوں کو دے سکتا ہوں، یعنی کہ گریڈ اے کی دوائیاں ہم نے دی ہیں۔ اس بات کی تصدیق آپ کر سکتے ہیں۔ ڈاکٹرز لے کر گئے، نرسز لے کر گئے، ہماری ٹیمیں گئیں۔ ہزاروں کی مد میں پیشنٹس کو دیکھا گیا۔
اس وقت بھی، آج 3 اکتوبر کی بات میں کروں گا، ہماری ٹیم راولاکوٹ میں ایک دو دن پہلے آخری ریلیف کر کے آئی ہے۔ ہزاروں کی مد میں راشن تقسیم ہوا اور اس وقت بھی ہماری ٹیمیں حجیرا میں ہیں، پونچھ میں، راشن تقسیم کر رہی ہیں۔ یہ بتانا ضروری تھا کہ جو لوگ سوال کر رہے تھے کوٹ کیا کر رہا ہے۔ یہ ہے کوٹ کا کام، جو ہمارا کام ہے ہم اچھے طریقے سے کرنا جانتے ہیں۔
خاموشی اس لیے اختیار کی تھی کہ ہر کوئی جو سوشل میڈیا پہ فون لے کر جج اور جیوری بنا ہوا ہے، یہ کرنا بند کر دے۔ جن چیزوں کو آپ نہیں جانتے، تنقید کرنا بہت آسان ہے، کام کرنا بہت مشکل ہوتا ہے۔ کوٹ کا جو کام ہے، کوٹ وہ کام کر رہا ہے۔ جو خوش آئند بات یہ ہے، الحمدللہ جو بھی کیا ہم نے، اتنا کیا یا کچھ نہیں کیا یا نہ ہونے کے برابر کیا، یہ خدا بہتر جانتا ہے، اور نیک نیتی سے کیا ہے۔
ہمارے وہ بہن بھائی ہیں، ہمارے وہ اپنے ہیں جو متاثر ہیں۔ وجہ جو بھی ہو، وہ اس وقت مشکلات میں تھے۔ ہمیں تمام اداروں نے کلیئرنس دی تھی، ہم وہاں جا کر ڈسٹریبیوشن کر رہے تھے اور کر بھی رہے ہیں اور کرتے رہیں گے۔ میڈیسن تقسیم کی اور کرتے رہیں گے جو ہمارا کام ہے۔
البتہ یہ بھی آپ کو بتا دوں کہ ہم نے کسی بھی پلیٹ فارم سے، آپ دیکھ سکتے ہیں، کہ یہ جتنا بھی راشن، میڈیسن ہم نے تقسیم کی، اگر کوئی اور ادارہ ہماری جگہ ہوتا تو پورے سوشل میڈیا پہ پیسٹ کر دیتا اور کہتا کہ ہمیں چندہ دو، ہمیں ڈونیشنز دو، ہم یہ کام کر رہے ہیں۔ آپ یہ دیکھ سکتے ہیں کہ ہم نے کسی بھی پلیٹ فارم سے کسی سے کوئی فنڈنگ نہیں مانگی۔ اس لیے کہ ہمارے پاس الحمدللہ پہلے ہی فنڈنگ پڑی ہوئی تھی اور وہ فنڈنگ ہم نے استعمال کی ہے، ابھی بھی ہے، وہ استعمال کریں گے۔
اگر کہیں کمی بیشی ہوئی تو ضرور آپ ہمارے ڈونرز ہیں، آپ تک ضرور پیغام پہنچائیں گے، لیکن اس وقت ہمیں اس کی ضرورت نہیں ہے۔ ہم نے 21 سال ادارے کو ہو گئے ہیں، کوٹ کو 21 سال ہو گئے ہیں اور ہم نے جو ایک چیز کمائی ہے وہ ہے کریڈیبلٹی، اپنی ایمانداری کے ساتھ۔ ہمیں جھوٹ بول کر یہ چندہ اکٹھا کرنا، یہ ہماری فطرت نہیں ہے۔ تو الحمدللہ، وہ ہمارے اپنے ہیں جن کو ہم یہ راشن تقسیم کر رہے تھے، جن کو میڈیسن دے رہے تھے اور دیتے رہیں گے۔
اور ہمارے پاس فنڈنگ ہے اور تھی، ہم اس کو استعمال کر رہے ہیں۔ اس لیے آپ کسی بھی پلیٹ فارم پہ دیکھ سکتے ہیں، کہیں بھی، ہم نے ان بہن بھائیوں کے لیے، ہمارے آزاد کشمیر کا جو بحران آیا، ان لوگوں کے لیے ہم نے جو راشن تقسیم کرے یا میڈیسن دے رہے، ہم نے کہیں بھی فنڈنگ کی اپیل نہیں کی۔ الحمدللہ۔ اب بات آ گئی ہے جو لوگ کہہ رہے ہیں میڈیاشین۔ اب میڈیاشین دیکھیں، نہ تو میں کوئی پولیٹیشن ہوں اور نہ میرا کسی سیاسی پارٹی سے تعلق ہے۔
عزت ہم سب کی کرتے ہیں، قدر ہم سب کی کرتے ہیں۔ لیکن یہ ہمارا کام، نہ ڈومین ہے کہ ہم میڈیاشین کریں۔ یہ حکومتوں کے درمیان میں، جوائنٹ عوامی ایکشن کمیٹی، ان کے درمیان میں جو بھی تنازع ہیں، میں بھی متاثر ہوں، میرا ادارہ بھی متاثر ہے، پورا آزاد کشمیر متاثر ہے اور میں یہاں بیٹھ کر یہ میں تنقید نہیں کر رہا کون صحیح ہے اور کون غلط ہے۔ معذرت کے ساتھ، یہ میرا کام نہیں ہے۔
اس وقت میں سمجھتا ہوں کہ راولاکوٹ، البتہ پورے پونچھ میں، ہر کوئی مستحق ہے، ہر کوئی متاثر ہے۔
کون صحیح ہے اور کون غلط ہے، میں یہ فیصلہ نہیں کر رہا، نہ میں کسی کو امپوز کر رہا ہوں، نہ میں کسی کو ڈسکلوژ کر رہا ہوں۔ ہاں، البتہ میں یہ ضرور بتاؤں گا، یہ خدا بہتر جانتا ہے کہ میں پہلے دن سے پوری کوشش کر رہا ہوں جو میرے پاس وسائل ہیں، جو میرے پاس طاقت ہے کہ میڈیاشین کہیں نہ کہیں کرنے کی کوشش ضرور کی ہے اور ہم کرتے رہیں گے تاکہ یہ جتنا بھی سلسلہ آزاد کشمیر کا، جلد سے جلد اس کا خاتمہ ہو اور ہم امن و نارملٹی کی طرف آئیں۔
لیکن یہ یاد رکھیے گا، یہ میرے بس کا کام نہیں ہے۔ ہم کوشش اپنی پوری کر رہے ہیں اور بہت سے لوگ بھی پوری کوشش کر رہے ہیں۔ یہ نہ ایک فرد کے ہاتھ میں ہے، نہ کسی حکومت کے ہاتھ میں ہے، یہ حکومتیں چاہے وہ فیڈرل ہوں، چاہے آزاد کشمیر کی حکومت ہو، چاہے ایکشن کمیٹی ہو، انہوں نے مل بیٹھ کر اس کا حل نکالنا ہے۔ یہ میرے اور آپ کے بس کا کام نہیں ہے۔
ہاں، ہم اپنی کوشش پوری کر رہے ہیں۔ لا تعلق ہو کر بیٹھے ہوئے نہیں ہیں۔ یہ ایون دو کہ یہ ہمارا ڈومین نہیں ہے، لیکن پھر بھی ہم پوری کوشش کر رہے ہیں کہ جتنی جلدی ہو سکے یہ مسئلہ حل ہو، کیونکہ ایک جان بھی جانا یہ میں سمجھتا ہوں، کوئی بھی قیمت اس کی ادا نہیں کر سکتے ہم کہ ایک جان کو واپس لیا جائے۔ بہت سی جانیں جو نقصان ہوئی ہیں، جو بھی وجہ ہے، وہ ہم کنڈیم کرتے ہیں، جو بھی ہے، لیکن یہ کوٹ کے ڈومین میں یہ کام نہیں آتا۔
لوگوں کی توقعات اور امیدیں اپنی جگہ ہوتی ہیں، لیکن یہ ضرور یاد رکھیے گا ہر کام ہم نہیں کر سکتے۔ لیکن کوشش ہم ضرور کر رہے ہیں۔ جو ہمارا کام ہے ہم ضرور کر رہے ہیں۔ یہ میسج آپ لوگوں تک پہنچانا اس لیے ضروری بن گیا تھا کہ بہت سے لوگوں کی کالز آ رہی تھیں کئی ہفتوں سے، بلکہ دو ڈھائی مہینوں سے کہ کوٹ کیا کر رہا ہے، کوٹ کیا کر رہا ہے۔
کوٹ یہ کر رہا ہے۔ چپ کر کے کئی عرصے دراز سے کر رہا ہے، لیکن چپ کر کے کر رہا ہے۔ اور ہم کرتے بھی رہیں گے۔ سوشل میڈیا پہ نہیں ڈالیں گے۔
آج اس ویڈیو میں میں آپ کو چھوٹی سی جھلک دکھاؤں گا ضرور کہ یہاں کچھ لوگ ہیں، چند لوگ ہوں گے، وہ سوچ رہے ہوں گے پتا نہیں ہم جھوٹ بول رہے ہیں۔ نہ تو جھوٹ بولنے کی عادت ہے، نہ مجھے ضرورت ہے۔ یہ اس لیے میں آج بتا رہا ہوں تاکہ جو لوگ ہیں، جو پوچھ رہے تھے، جو ویل وشرز بھی ہیں، جو نہیں بھی ہیں، ان کو اس کا، ان کے سوالوں کا جواب آج مل گیا ہو گا۔ خدارا ہمیں اپنا کام کرنے دیں۔
ہم کوشش کر رہے ہیں کہ جو بھی پسا ہوا طبقہ یہاں پہنچے اور اپنا جو خدمتِ خلق کا جو کام ہے اس کو جاری و ساری رکھے۔ اور سب سے بڑا جو ہمارا کام ہے، جو ہاسپٹل ہم بنا رہے ہیں۔ 78 سالوں میں یہ کسی کو توفیق نہیں ہوئی کہ ایسا ہاسپٹل بنا دیں، چاہے حکمران ہو یا جو بھی ہو، کہ ہاسپٹل بنائیں۔ ایسا ہاسپٹل جو غریب لوگوں کے لیے فری علاج فراہم کرے گا۔
ہم نے نیت کی اور کوشش کر رہے ہیں اور آخری دم تک کوشش کرتے رہیں گے۔ اس وقت 10 مہینوں میں تقریباً ڈھائی ارب روپے کا ہاسپٹل میں کام ہو چکا ہے۔ اور ایسے نہیں ہوا۔ 10 ماہ پہلے جب ہم نے کام شروع کیا تھا ہمارے پاس 10 کروڑ روپے بھی نہیں تھے۔
لیکن پوری دنیا میں جا کر یہ کشکول لے کر ہم جا رہے ہیں اور آپ لوگوں سے یہ طلب کریں گے، ہماری سپورٹ کریں، ہماری مدد کریں تاکہ ان لوگوں کی ہم مدد کر سکیں جن کے ساتھ میرا اور آپ کا ایک رشتہ خاص ہے، وہ ہے احساس کا۔ جو ہمارے آزاد کشمیر میں یا دینا، جہلم، کھاریاں میں، جو ساتھ ایڈجسنٹ سٹیز ہیں، ان کے ساتھ جو لوگ ہیں، جو غریب لوگ ہیں، ان کے ساتھ ہمارا جو اہم رشتہ ہوا ہے احساس کا۔
اس احساس کے رشتے کو لے کر ہم 21 سال یہاں اپنا کام کر رہے ہیں اور کرتے رہیں گے۔ اس کام کے لیے بھی میں اپیل کرتا ہوں خدارا ہماری سپورٹ ضرور کیجیے گا ہاسپٹل کی، کوٹ کے ہاسپٹل کی سپورٹ ضرور کیجیے گا۔ کہ اس کو تین سال کے اندر ہم نے اس کو مکمل کرنا ہے۔ جتنا جلدی اس کو مکمل کریں گے، اتنا جلدی غریب لوگوں کو علاج فراہم ہو گا۔
اور کچھ نہیں کر سکتے، دعا ضرور کریں۔ تو خدارا، سوشل میڈیا پہ آپ خاص طور پہ مجھے یا کوٹ کو، میں کسی سے ڈر کر یہ ویڈیو نہیں بنا رہا، صرف ان دوستوں اور بھائیوں کو یہ میں ایک پیغام دینا چاہ رہا ہوں جو شاید ناواقف تھے کہ کوٹ کیا کر رہا ہے۔ اب آپ کو پتہ چل گیا کوٹ کیا کر رہا ہے۔ کوٹ کو اپنا کام کرنے دیں۔
جو کوٹ کا کام نہیں ہے، وہ میرے بس کا کام نہیں ہے، اس میں ہم نہیں پڑھیں گے۔ لیکن جو کوٹ کا کام ہے، وہ ہم کر رہے ہیں اور نیک نیتی سے کر رہے ہیں۔ امید ہے اس ویڈیو سے بہت سے لوگوں کے جو ڈاؤٹس تھے، جو سوالات تھے، ان کا جواب آپ کو مل گیا ہو گا۔ اور ایک بات اور۔
جیسے کہ چند لوگ جو آزاد کشمیر کو اور پاکستان کے لوگوں کے درمیان میں نفرت پھیلانا چاہ رہے ہیں، یہ خدارا بند کر دیں۔ یہ میں بھی جانتا ہوں، آپ بھی جانتے ہیں اور سب جانتے ہیں کہ چند لوگ آزاد کشمیر کو ریپریزینٹ نہیں کرتے اور نہ چند لوگ پورے پاکستان کو ریپریزینٹ کرتے ہیں۔ کشمیر، پاکستان کی شاہراہ تھی، ہے اور رہے گی۔ ہم پاکستان سے محبت کرتے ہیں، پاکستان سے آزاد کشمیر ہے اور آزاد کشمیر سے ہی پاکستان ہے۔
تو یہ جو نفرت ہے، خدارا اس کو نہ پھیلائیں۔ یہ غلط ہے۔ یہی بس آپ کو پیغام دینا تھا اور اس ڈسٹریبیوشن کے دوران جو ہم راولاکوٹ کر رہے تھے، ہمیں بھی بہت دشواریاں آئی ہیں، بہت آزمائشوں سے گزرے ہیں ہم، لیکن ایک جو واقعہ ہمارے ساتھ بھی ہوا ہے، ہماری جو ٹیم، ایک ٹیم جو راولاکوٹ میں ڈسٹریبیوشن کر رہی تھی، ڈسٹریبیوشن کے دوران ہمارے اپنے ایک بھائی، ایک دوست، ایک ٹیم کا حصہ، ہمارے کوٹ کے ایک ایمپلائی 32 سال کی عمر میں وہ شہید ہو گئے۔
ان کو ہارٹ اٹیک ہوا، پیچھے وہ کلری کے تھے، ایک چھوٹی سی بچی 5 سال کی پیچھے رہ گئی ہے۔ تو اس سفر میں وہ شہید ہوئے ہیں، ہارٹ اٹیک ہونے کے بعد۔ آپ سے عرض یہ ہے کہ کوٹ کو سپورٹ کیجیے گا، کوٹ کے لیے دعا کیجیے گا اور جب بھی ہم کسی چیز کی اپیل کرتے ہیں جیسے ہاسپٹل کی اپیل کر رہے ہیں، ہمارا ساتھ ضرور دیں، لیکن اس وقت ہم راشن جو آزاد کشمیر میں دے رہے ہیں، اس کی اپیل نہیں کریں گے اور نہ ابھی تک ہمیں ضرورت پڑی ہے۔
اگر ضرورت پڑی تو ضرور آپ تک پہنچیں گے لیکن اس وقت ہمیں ضرورت نہیں ہے۔ آپ کی دعاؤں کے منتظر ہیں، میرے لیے، کوٹ کی پوری ٹیم کے لیے، تمام ایڈمنسٹریشن، تمام ہمارے ٹرسٹیز، پوری دنیا میں جو ہیں، ان کے لیے دعا کیجیے گا اور بالخصوص جو ہمارے بے لوث ڈونرز ہیں، جو دردِ دل رکھتے ہیں اور 21 سال سے ہمارے ساتھ جڑے ہوئے ہیں، ان کے لیے دعا کیجیے گا۔ اللہ ہم سب کا حامی و ناصر ہو۔
