In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Conscious and honorable people across the state, I am addressing you all right now from Rawalakot. In this video message that I am issuing, I want to convey a message, that for the past two months, the oppression and tyranny our nation has gone through, and the blood spilled here of ordinary people, of unarmed Kashmiris, while this bloodshed was taking place, on the other hand, the state was playing a game, and that game was elections.
Rejection of phased elections
And the phased elections— which first took place in Mirpur Division, then in Muzaffarabad, and now the elections in Poonch Division, in which leaving aside a few constituencies, the plan the state made to conduct elections in the remaining constituencies— I want to share my thoughts regarding this. Look, everyone knows this is 2026. Everyone knows that this sham election has been rejected by the people across the state.
And we have instances and evidence that at various polling stations, especially in the Mirpur Division elections, if 70 votes were cast at a polling station, the number of votes that came out of that station was 1,500. The conscious people across the state have rejected this election in large numbers. Today, every single child knows that after playing a game of bloodshed, the drama of a so-called election staged in this state does not involve the will or consent of the ordinary person.
Message to powerful circles
And I certainly want to send this message to the powerful circles that look, on one hand, hundreds of our people were shot at, on one hand, thousands of people were arrested, on one hand, the entire nation shut down businesses and stopped traffic, and was recording its protest while making every kind of sacrifice, standing firm with constant resolve for the past two months— and just by showing on TV that so-and-so got this many votes and so-and-so got that many votes, you think you will establish a government?
That is simply not possible. This process you are involved in, I call it an illegitimate process, because an election is a sacred act if it involves the will and desire of the people, if the public's opinion is respected in it. But after playing a bloodbath, this election you have held, while trying at gunpoint to conduct elections on the Kashmiri nation and showing on TV that so-and-so got this many votes, so-and-so got that many votes— look, even if you kill the Action Committee members, all of us, or put us in jails, if you think that the hatred you are sowing in people's hearts— the hatred you are creating through so much bloodshed, and on top of that, forming a sham government of incompetent people and killers— the hatred you are instilling in the ordinary person's heart toward yourselves— do you think this depends only on a few of us members?
Everyone knows that this sham election has been rejected by the people across the state.
Does people standing up against you depend solely on our words? That is your misconception. Kill us today, arrest us for a long time, punish us— whatever your plan is, we know, it is your desire— but remember this: against you, resistance will always rise from this hatred; it always has. And after us, even if we depart from this world, people will not stop speaking the truth after us, people will continue to struggle against you after us, and our future generations will do it even better than us.
Advice to ruling classes
And this struggle will continue until the oppressed and subjugated people are liberated. So this is why I want to give this advice to the ruling classes, that states cannot be run through such false practices. States—a state, a system, a government for which people hold hatred in their hearts and when conscious citizens struggle against it based on their awareness— states cannot be run like that; you will have to abandon this practice.
Ultimately, the people will win, so my advice to you is that, instead of carrying out this kind of sham practice, you sit down with the Public Action Committee, you hold negotiations; it was your own agreement on October 4th where you accepted all these demands as legitimate, and today you yourselves declare them illegitimate and call the Action Committee terrorists— people are not fools anymore; people are not living in 1995, this is 2026, people are conscious, our every action is before the people, and your every ugly deed is before the people. Remember that the ultimate court is the court of the people, and it will never forgive you. Thank you.
بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم۔ ریاست بھر کے باشعور اور غیرت مند لوگو، میں اس وقت راولہ کوٹ سے آپ سب سے مخاطب ہوں۔ یہ ویڈیو پیغام جو میں جاری کر رہا ہوں، اس ویڈیو پیغام میں ایک میسج دینا چاہتا ہوں، کہ دو مہینے سے جس ظلم، ستم سے ہماری قوم گزری ہے اور جو یہاں پہ عام انسانوں کا، نہتے کشمیریوں کا جو خون بہایا گیا، اس خون بہنے کے عمل کے دوران دوسری طرف ریاست جو کھیل کھیل رہی تھی، وہ انتخابات کا کھیل تھا۔
انتخابات پر عوامی ردعمل
اور مرحلہ وار الیکشنز جو پہلے میرپور ڈویژن میں ہوئے، پھر مظفرآباد میں ہوئے اور اب جو پونچھ ڈویژن کے الیکشن ہیں جس میں کچھ حلقوں کو چھوڑ کے ریاست باقی حلقوں میں جو ریاست نے الیکشنز کروانے کا پلان کیا، میں اس حوالے سے بات رکھنا چاہتا ہوں۔ کہ دیکھیں، سب کو پتہ ہے یہ 2026 ہے۔ سب کو پتہ ہے کہ اس ڈھونگ الیکشن کو ریاست بھر کے عوام نے مسترد کیا ہے۔
اور ہمارے پاس ایسے انسٹنسز موجود ہیں، ایویڈینسز موجود ہیں کہ مختلف پولنگ اسٹیشنز پہ بالخصوص میرپور ڈویژن کے جو الیکشن ہوئے مختلف پولنگ اسٹیشنز پہ اگر 70 ووٹ کاسٹ ہوئے ہیں تو اس پولنگ اسٹیشن سے جو ووٹ نکلے ہیں ان کی تعداد 1500 تھی۔ ریاست بھر کے باشعور عوام نے بڑی تعداد میں اس الیکشن کو مسترد کیا ہے۔ اور یہ بات آج بچہ بچہ جانتا ہے کہ خون کی ہولی کھیلنے کے بعد اس ریاست کے اندر جو ایک نام نہاد الیکشن کا ڈھونگ رچایا گیا اس میں عام انسان کی کوئی مرضی اور منشا شامل نہیں ہے۔
مقتدر حلقوں کو پیغام
اور میں مقتدر حلقوں کو یہ پیغام ضرور دینا چاہتا ہوں کہ دیکھیں ایک طرف ہمارے سینکڑوں انسانوں پہ گولیاں چلائی گئیں، ایک طرف ہزاروں انسانوں کو گرفتار کیا گیا، ایک طرف پوری قوم نے شٹر ڈاؤن کیا، پہیہ جام کیا اور ہر طرح کی قربانی دیتے ہوئے اپنا احتجاج ریکارڈ کرا رہی تھی گزشتہ دو مہینوں سے مستقل ثابت قدمی کے ساتھ یہ قوم کھڑی ہے اور آپ صرف ٹیلی ویژن پہ دکھا کے کہ فلاں نے اتنے ووٹ لے لیے ہیں، فلاں نے اتنے ووٹ لے لیے ہیں، آپ ایک حکومت قائم کر لیں گے، تو یہ ایسا ممکن نہیں ہے۔
یہ جس عمل کے اندر آپ موجود ہیں، میں اس ناجائز، اس کو ناجائز عمل کہوں گا، کیونکہ الیکشن ایک بڑا مقدس عمل ہوتا ہے اگر وہ لوگوں کی اس میں مرضی اور منشا شامل ہو، اس میں لوگوں کی رائے کا احترام کیا جائے۔ لیکن خون کی ہولی کھیل کے یہ جو الیکشن آپ نے کرایا ہے، دوسری طرف بندوق کی نوک پہ الیکشن کرانے کی کوشش کی ہے کشمیری قوم کو اور ٹی وی پہ دکھا رہے ہیں جی فلاں کے اتنے ووٹ نکلے ہیں، فلاں کے اتنے ووٹ نکلے ہیں۔
گرفتاریوں اور دھمکیوں کا جواب
دیکھیں، آپ ایکشن کمیٹی کے ممبران کو، ہم سب کو بے شک مار دیں یا ہمیں جیلوں میں ڈال دیں۔ اگر آپ کو لگتا ہے کہ یہ جو نفرتیں آپ لوگوں کے دلوں میں بو رہے ہیں، جو نفرتیں آپ اتنا قتل و غارت کر کے، اس پہ ڈھونگ قسم کی نالائقوں کی اور قاتلوں کی حکومت بنا کے آپ جو عام انسان کے دل میں اپنے لیے نفرت پیدا کر رہے ہیں، آپ کو کیا لگتا ہے کہ یہ ہم صرف چند ممبران کے اوپر ڈیپنڈنٹ ہے؟
یہ صرف ہماری بات پہ منحصر ہے کہ لوگ آپ کے خلاف کھڑے ہوں گے؟ یہ آپ کی غلط فہمی ہے۔ آج آپ ہمیں مار دیں، آج آپ ہمیں گرفتار کر لیں لمبے عرصے کے لیے، ہمیں سزائیں دیں، جس طرح کا آپ کا پلان ہے، ہم جانتے ہیں، آپ کی خواہش ہے، لیکن یہ بات یاد رکھیں کہ یہ آپ کے خلاف جو نفرت ہے اس سے مزاحمت ہمیشہ اٹھے گی، ہمیشہ اٹھی ہے اور ہمارے بعد بھی، بے شک ہم اس دنیا سے چلے بھی جائیں، ہمارے بعد بھی لوگ سچ بولنا نہیں چھوڑیں گے، ہمارے بعد بھی لوگ آپ کے خلاف جدوجہد کریں گے اور ہم سے بہتر انداز میں کریں گی ہماری نسلیں۔
اور یہ جدوجہد تب تک جاری رہے گی جب تک مظلوم و محکوم عوام کی نجات نہیں ہو جاتی۔ تو اس لیے حکمران طبقات کو میں یہ مشورہ دینا چاہتا ہوں کہ اس طرح کی جو فالس پریکٹس ہے، ریاستیں ایسے نہیں چلتیں۔ ریاستیں، جس ریاست کے لیے، جس نظام کے لیے، جس حکومت کے لیے عوام کے دلوں میں نفرت ہو اور عوام با شعور ہوں، اپنے شعور کی بنیاد پہ اس کے خلاف جدوجہد کریں، ریاستیں ایسے نہیں چلتیں، آپ کو یہ عمل چھوڑنا پڑے گا۔
ایکشن کمیٹی سے مذاکرات کی تجویز
بالآخر عوام کی جیت ہو گی، تو میرا آپ کے لیے مشورہ یہ ہے کہ بجائے اس کے کہ آپ اس طرح کی ڈھونگ پریکٹس کریں، آپ عوامی ایکشن کمیٹی کے ساتھ بیٹھیں، آپ مذاکرات کریں، آپ ہی کا جو ایک 4 اکتوبر کا معاہدہ ہے جس میں آپ نے ان سارے مطالبات کو تسلیم کیا کہ یہ جائز ہیں اور آج آپ ہی ان کو ناجائز قرار دیتے ہوئے ایکشن کمیٹی کو دہشت گرد کہہ رہے ہیں، یہ اب لوگ بے وقوف نہیں ہیں، یہ لوگ 1995 میں زندہ نہیں ہیں، یہ 2026 ہے، لوگ با شعور ہیں، لوگوں کے سامنے ہے ہمارا بھی ہر عمل اور آپ کا بھی ہر گھناؤنا عمل لوگوں کے سامنے ہے۔ یاد رکھیں کہ آخری عدالت جو ہے وہ لوگوں کی عدالت ہے اور وہ آپ کو کبھی معاف نہیں کرے گی، شکریہ۔
