I have said before as well that no serious attempt at negotiations has been made so far. People are sent to us, and we have never refused to meet anyone. We never refused to sit down; serious discussions take place, talks happen, and what is said in the very end, which has been said for the past two months, is, "Sir, end your sit-in first, and only then will anything happen." So then, to all of them, we gave our response in writing as well as verbally, and the negotiating team of our core committee stated their stance in unequivocal terms.
Forces gathered during talks
From this stage, to those who send them, who coach them and send them off with sweet dreams saying "go ahead," where political engineering is done beforehand saying "this will happen, you do that," and certain things are being done just to buy time. On one hand, people are being sent to talk, while forces are being gathered here from Dholah and Kotli. So I will tell them again that we know of every single moment, that within this state of ours, whether through the Bhimber route, the Mirpur route, the Kotli route, or the Muzaffarabad route, in what numbers you are amassing forces against us.
This intoxication with power—we have said it before and we will repeat it— that forces, weapons, and ammunition, this arrogance has certainly possessed many rulers before. Shaddad, Haman, Nimrod, Pharaoh—whose names should I even take— and Yazid, they too had immense pride in the strength and numbers of their forces. We are unarmed; we are neither a force nor do we have an armed struggle.
Movement for public rights
Nor do we want to topple any state or overthrow any system. Our movement is for fundamental public rights, against the cruel, exploitative, and vile interest-based system here, and we have demanded reforms within it. So under these circumstances, we have no sorrow and no fear, that you will gather forces, do God knows what, or surround us. There is neither fear nor sorrow over this; we know you have power.
You will gather power, muster forces, and stockpile ammunition. As for our preparedness, we are already sitting fully prepared. Our preparation is our resolve, our determination, our sincerity, and our true spirit. Aside from that, we have neither taken up weapons nor will we ever take up weapons.
So we have no fear that on one hand you talk about negotiations, while on the other hand you are amassing forces in our surrounding districts. So in this situation, I tell you, and I tell all the people as well, that if anyone wants to negotiate, the doors to talks are open from our side; we have shown no stubbornness anywhere; many fake things are circulated on social media, and the government's false political narratives are presented in the media.

Therefore, we must have faith in ourselves and in our Lord. And above all, the most fundamental thing is that we all must have the peace of mind that whatever we are doing, we are doing for the welfare of the people, not out of any personal interest or greed, but rather as a fight for the survival of coming generations. And one more thing: regarding the people who made sacrifices, nearly a hundred people have been martyred.
Resistance against outside aggression
These martyrdoms did not happen merely for our charter of demands—healthcare, education, property rights, right to sovereignty—they were not given solely for that. When aggression was carried out by them on June 5th, when outside forces attacked here, attacked with full force and repeatedly carried out crackdowns against us, it was against this cruelty and oppression that the people, the local youth, and the elders offered their bare chests.
Our preparation is our resolve, our determination, our sincerity, and our true spirit.
It was against their aggression, oppression, and tyranny that people stood up and sacrificed their lives. Everyone knew that we would march from Dhirkot, there was not a single person unaware that heavy barricades and positions had been set up in Chinar Chowk and Umar Farooq Chowk. Despite everyone knowing, we moved forward peacefully and unarmed as victims of oppression, our youth and all our people marched forward and laid down their lives.
Keeping the sit-in alive
So we should take comfort in knowing that for the cause, for the noble causes for which our youth sacrificed their lives, to carry that purpose forward and lead it toward success, all the people are sitting and standing here steadfastly as one soul and one voice, keeping these sit-ins alive, and this journey, and no one...
کوئی پہلے بھی کہا تھا کہ کوئی مذاکرات کی سنجیدہ ابھی تک کوشش نہیں کی گئی۔ لوگوں کو بھیجا جاتا ہے، ہم نے کسی سے ملنے سے انکار نہیں کیا۔ بیٹھنے سے انکار نہیں کیا۔ گفتگو سنجیدہ ہوتی ہے، بات ہوتی ہے، اور جو آخر میں جو بات کہی جاتی ہے، جو پچھلے دو ماہ سے کہی جا رہی ہے، کہ جناب آپ دھرنا ختم کریں تو اس کے بعد یہ کچھ ہوگا۔
تو پھر میں ان ساروں کو، ان کے تحریری طور پہ بھی ان کو لکھ کے دیا اور زبانی طور پر بھی ہماری کور کمیٹی کے جو مذاکراتی کمیٹی ہے، انہوں نے دو ٹوک الفاظ میں اپنی باتیں رکھیں۔ میں اسٹیج کی وساطت سے وہ جو ان کو بھیجتے ہیں، تیار کر کے بھیجتے ہیں اور بڑے سہانے خواب دے کے بھیجتے ہیں کہ آپ جائیں، اور پہلے سے ایک سیاسی انجینئرنگ کی جاتی ہے کہ یہ ہوگا، آپ یہ کریں، اور کچھ چیزیں ٹائم گین کرنے کے لیے کی جا رہی ہیں۔
فورسز اور طاقت کا نشہ
ایک طرف لوگوں کو بھیجا جا رہا ہے، دھولہ سے، کوٹلی سے، فورسز کو یہاں پہ جمع کیا جا رہا ہے۔ تو میں پھر انہیں کہوں گا کہ ہمیں ایک ایک پل کی خبر ہے کہ آپ اس ہماری ریاست کے اندر خواہ وہ بھمبر کا راستہ ہو، میرپور کا راستہ ہو، کوٹلی کا راستہ ہو، مظفرآباد کا راستہ ہو، کہ کتنی تعداد میں آپ ہمارے لیے فورسز جمع کر رہے ہیں۔ یہ جو طاقت کا نشہ ہے، ہم پہلے بھی کہہ چکے اور پھر دہرائیں گے کہ فورسز، اسلحہ، گولہ بارود، یہ جو تکبر ہے، یہ یقیناً اس سے پہلے بھی بہت سارے بادشاہوں کو رہ چکا ہے۔
شداد کو، ہامان کو، نمرود، فرعون، کس کس کا نام لوں، یزید کو، افواج کی تعداد پہ، فورسز کی تعداد پہ ان کو بھی تھا۔ ہم تو نہتے ہیں، نہ تو ہم کوئی فورس ہیں اور نہ ہماری عوامی مسلح جدوجہد ہے۔ اور نہ ہم کسی ریاست کو گرانا چاہتے ہیں یا کسی نظام کو پلٹنا چاہتے ہیں۔ ہماری تحریک بنیادی عوامی حقوق کی ہے، یہاں پہ جو ظالمانہ، استحصالی اور بدترین جو سودی نظام ہے، اس کے خلاف جو ہے، اس کے اندر جو ریفارمز ہیں، اس کی ڈیمانڈز ہم نے کی ہیں۔
فورسز کا کوئی خوف نہیں
تو ایسے میں ہمیں کوئی غم نہیں ہے، نہ کوئی خوف ہے، کہ آپ فورسز جمع کر لیں گے، پتا نہیں کیا کر لیں گے، ہمیں گھیرے میں ڈال دیں گے۔ کوئی اس چیز کا نہ خوف ہے نہ غم ہے۔ ہمیں پتا ہے آپ کے پاس طاقت ہے۔ آپ طاقت جمع کریں گے، فورسز جمع کریں گے، گولہ بارود جمع کریں گے۔
ہمیں ہماری تیاری جو ہے، ہم پہلے سے تیاری کر کے بیٹھے ہیں۔ وہ ہمارا عزم ہے، ارادہ ہے، اخلاص ہے اور سچے جذبے ہیں۔ باقی نہ تو ہم نے ویپن اٹھائے ہیں نہ ویپن اٹھانے ہیں۔ تو ہمیں اس کا کوئی خوف نہیں کہ آپ ایک طرف مذاکرات کی بات کر رہے ہیں اور دوسری طرف آپ ہمارے سراؤنڈنگ کے اضلاع میں فورسز جمع کر رہے ہیں۔
مذاکرات اور جھوٹے بیانیے
تو ایسے میں آپ سے بھی کہوں گا، آپ تمام عوام الناس سے بھی کہوں گا، کہ کوئی مذاکرات کرتا ہے، ہماری طرف سے مذاکرات کے دروازے کھلے ہیں، کوئی کہیں بھی ہم نے ہٹ دھرمی نہیں کی۔ بہت ساری چیزیں فیک چلائی جاتی ہیں سوشل میڈیا پہ، حکومت کے سیاسی اور جھوٹے بیانیے پیش کیے جاتے ہیں میڈیا پہ۔ تو ایسے میں ہمیں اپنے آپ پہ اور اپنے رب پہ بھروسہ ہونا چاہیے۔
ہم تو نہتے ہیں، نہ تو ہم کوئی فورس ہیں اور نہ ہماری عوامی مسلح جدوجہد ہے۔
اور پھر سب سے جو بنیادی بات ہے کہ ہم ساروں کو اس چیز پہ اطمینان اور تسلی ہونی چاہیے کہ جو کچھ ہم کر رہے ہیں، یہ مخلوق کی بھلائی کے لیے کر رہے ہیں، کسی ذاتی غرض، لالچ کی بنیاد پہ نہیں کر رہے بلکہ یہ آنے والی نسلوں کی بقا کی جنگ ہے۔ اور ایک اور بات کہ جن لوگوں نے قربانیاں دیں، سو کے قریب لوگ شہید ہو چکے۔ یہ شہادتیں صرف اس لیے نہیں ہوئیں کہ یہ جو ہمارا چارٹر آف ڈیمانڈ ہے، علاج، تعلیم، حق ملکیت، حق حاکمیت، صرف اس کے لیے نہیں دیں۔
پانچ جون کی جارحیت
یہ جب پانچ جون کو ان کی طرف سے جارحیت کی گئی، بیرونی فورسز نے یہاں پہ جب حملہ کیا، پوری طاقت کے ساتھ حملہ کیا تو اس کے بعد بار بار ہمارے کریک ڈاؤن کیے گئے تو یہ اس ظلم اور جبر کے خلاف عوام نے، یہاں کے نوجوانوں نے، بزرگوں نے اپنے سینے پیش کیے۔ تو یہ ان کی جو جارحیت اور جبر کے خلاف، ظلم کے خلاف لوگ کھڑے ہو کے انہوں نے جانوں کے نذرانے پیش کیے۔
سب کو پتا تھا کہ وہاں سے ہم دھریک سے چلیں گے، کوئی ایسا شخص نہیں تھا جسے علم نہیں تھا کہ چنار چوک اور اس عمر فاروق چوک کے اندر بڑی مورچہ بندی کی گئی تھی۔ سب کو پتا ہونے کے باوجود مظلومانہ انداز میں، نہتے، پرامن ہم آگے بڑھے، ہمارے نوجوان، سارے لوگ آگے بڑھے اور انہوں نے جانوں کے نذرانے پیش کیے۔ تو ہمیں اس اعتبار سے تسلی ہونی چاہیے کہ جس مقصد کے لیے، جن عظیم مقاصد کے لیے ہمارے نوجوانوں نے قربانیاں دیں، ہم اس کے مقصد کو آگے بڑھانے کے لیے، اسے کامیابی کی طرف لے جانے کے لیے سارے لوگ یکجان اور یک زبان ہو کے استقامت کے ساتھ یہاں بیٹھے ہیں، کھڑے ہیں، ان دھرنوں کو آباد کیے ہوئے ہیں اور یہ جو سفر جو ہے اور کوئی
