Assalamu Alaikum. Right now, I am present in Rawalakot, at Umar Farooq Chowk, D-Chowk, where our central sit-in protest is taking place. There is a lot of news and many important matters that I need to discuss with you. First of all, the government is simply not coming to its senses, my friends.
Deployment and food blockade
They are resorting to every possible tactic. You must have also heard that attempts are being made to bring security forces in through various routes into Poonch. So this is definitely part of some major plan or target of theirs, which is why they are doing all this and trying to deploy thousands of troops here, including a heavy contingent of Rangers. On the other hand, our trucks carrying rations and food supplies have been blocked, and even smaller vehicles like cars, or local people traveling with their families who have even a single shopping bag of food or any eatables, are being blocked from the Pakistan side and not allowed into Kashmir.
This kind of cruelty and brutality was what Israel inflicted on Palestine, and back then we were condemning Israel, so today just consider who is doing what to whom; it is all right there before you. And the third issue is that from Poonch, from Rawalakot, the Commissioner's Office and the local university are being targeted with efforts to relocate and shift them elsewhere. Now, even if all of this were presented to a blind person to think about, it clearly shows preparations are underway for major propaganda, extensive planning, and a massive operation against the public.
Readiness for martyrdom
To this, I want to say one thing: all the people gathered here will gladly be martyred in your grand operation; that is not an issue for us. However, two lists are being drawn up right now: one list consists of those joining the ranks of Imam Hussain (RA), who are being martyred—unarmed people standing up for their rights. And the other list being formed is that of Yazid, Pharaoh, and Qarun.
To this, we can only say "shame on you"—we have no other words left for you.
So today's politicians and rulers, who consider themselves so powerful and think that by firing bullets they can achieve anything temporarily—when you emerge from this entire situation, there will be two lists: one belonging to the caravan of Hussain and the other to the caravan of Yazid. So we are proud that even if all of us are martyred here, the list we are entering is the list of the people destined for Paradise.
Message to Pakistan
We have no problem with this, but to the people of Pakistan we would like to say that while many of you supported the Kashmiris immensely, some among you also criticized us heavily—so tell those critics: What kind of humanity is it to block food trucks? What kind of law is this, brother? This is not relief aid coming from anyone; these goods were bought by the Kashmiri people with their own money, yet they are not being allowed to come through.

First you take money and taxes from us in the markets, sell us overpriced goods, and then you do not even let them enter Kashmir from Pakistan. To this, we can only say "shame on you"—we have no other words left for you. Our request to the international community and overseas citizens is that before they carry out something massive, for God's sake, though you are already doing a lot—like our recent protest in Geneva—you are doing so much and we thank you, please raise this voice even louder; thank you very much.
السلام علیکم جی اس وقت میں موجود ہوں راولاکوٹ عمر فاروق چوک، ڈی چوک میں جو ہمارا مرکزی دھرنا ہے وہاں پہ بہت ساری نیوز ہیں، بہت ساری اہم چیزیں ہیں جو کہ آپ کے ساتھ ڈسکس کرنی تھیں ایک تو یہ کہ جو گورنمنٹ ہے وہ ہوش کے ناخن نہیں لے رہی بھائی صاحب وہ ہر طرح کے ہتھکنڈے آزما رہی ہے آپ لوگوں نے بھی سنا ہوگا کہ مختلف راستوں سے جو ہے وہ فورسز کو انٹر کرنے کی کوشش کی جا رہی ہے پونچھ کے اندر۔
خوراک کے ٹرکوں کی بندش
تو یہ یقیناً ایک بڑا کوئی ان کا پلان ہے، ان کا بڑا کوئی ٹارگٹ ہے جس کی وجہ سے یہ سب چیزیں کر رہے ہیں اور ہزاروں کی تعداد میں فورسز کو یہاں پہ انٹر کرنے کی کوشش کر رہے ہیں جن میں رینجرز کی ایک بھاری نفری شامل ہے۔ دوسری طرف ہمارے جو راشن کے، فوڈ کے جو ٹرکس ہیں ان کو بلاک کیا گیا ہے اور ایون کہ جو چھوٹی گاڑیاں ہیں، کارز وغیرہ ہو گئیں یا لوکل جو فیملی کے ساتھ لوگ آ رہے ہیں ان کے پاس بھی اگر ایک شاپر بھی فوڈ کا ہے کسی بھی کھانے کی چیز کا ہے تو وہ پاکستان سائیڈ سے بلاک کی جا رہی ہیں، ان کو کشمیر میں انٹر نہیں ہونے دیا جا رہا۔
تو یہ ظلم اور بربریت جو ہے وہ فلسطین کے ساتھ کی تھی اسرائیل نے تو ہم اس وقت اس اسرائیل کو گالیاں دے رہے تھے تو آج آپ سوچ لیں کہ کون کس کے ساتھ کیا کر رہا ہے وہ سب چیزیں آپ کے سامنے ہیں۔ اور تیسری چیز، ایک اور چیز جو ہے وہ پونچھ سے، یہ راولاکوٹ سے جو کمشنر آفس ہے اور جو یہاں کی یونیورسٹی ہے اس کو کہیں اور پہ مائیگریٹ کرنے کی، شفٹ کرنے کی کوششیں کی جا رہی ہیں۔
عوام کے خلاف بڑا آپریشن
سو اب ان سب چیزوں کو ایک اندھے آدمی کے آگے بھی دکھایا جائے، سوچا جائے تو یہ یقیناً عوام کے خلاف کوئی بڑا پروپیگنڈا، کوئی بڑی پلاننگ اور کوئی بڑا آپریشن کرنے کی تیاری کی جا رہی ہے۔ اس چیز پہ میں آپ کو ایک چیز بتانا چاہتا ہوں کہ یہاں پہ موجود جتنی بھی عوام ہے وہ سب آپ کے بڑے آپریشن میں شہید ہو جائیں گے، مسئلہ نہیں ہے۔ لیکن دو لسٹ بن رہی ہیں اس وقت۔
ایک لسٹ کے لوگ جو ہے وہ حضرت امام حسین رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ کے ساتھ شامل ہو رہے ہیں جو کہ شہید ہو رہے ہیں، جو کہ نہتی عوام اپنے حقوق کے لیے ہیں۔ اور دوسری لسٹ جو ہے وہ یزید، فرعون، قارون کی بن رہی ہے۔ تو جو آج کا سیاستدان ہے، جو آج کا حکمران ہے جو اپنے آپ کو بہت پاور فل، طاقتور سمجھتا ہے، وہ سمجھتا ہے کہ گولیاں چلا کے وقتی طور پہ وہ بہت کچھ کر لے گا تو جب آپ اس سارے سینیریو سے باہر آئیں گے تو دو لسٹیں ہوں گی، ایک حسینی قافلے کی لسٹ ہوگی اور ایک یزیدی قافلے کی لسٹ ہوگی تو ہمیں فخر ہے کہ ہم سب اگر یہاں پہ شہید ہو جاتے ہیں اور ہم جس لسٹ میں جا رہے ہیں وہ لسٹ جنتیوں کی لسٹ ہے، وہ جنتی لوگوں کی لسٹ ہے ہمیں اس چیز سے پرابلم نہیں ہے۔
پاکستانی عوام سے سوالات
لیکن اس پہ پاکستانی عوام سے ہم یہ کہنا چاہیں گے کہ آپ لوگوں نے یہاں پہ کشمیریوں کو بہت زیادہ سپورٹ بھی کیا اور آپ ہی میں سے لوگوں نے بہت زیادہ تنقید بھی کی، تو جو تنقید کرنے والے ہیں ان کو بتائیں کہ یہ فوڈ ٹرک جو بلاک کرنا ہے، یہ کہاں کی انسانیت ہے؟ یہ کہاں کا جو ہے وہ قانون ہے بھائی صاحب کہ آپ، یہ کسی کی طرف سے کوئی ریلیف نہیں آ رہا یہ کشمیری عوام نے اپنے پیسوں سے خرید کر سامان لایا ہوا ہے جو کہ ادھر نہیں آنے دیا جا رہا۔
اس چیز پہ میں آپ کو ایک چیز بتانا چاہتا ہوں کہ یہاں پہ موجود جتنی بھی عوام ہے وہ سب آپ کے بڑے آپریشن میں شہید ہو جائیں گے، مسئلہ نہیں ہے۔
پہلے تو آپ منڈیوں میں ہم سے پیسے لے رہے ہیں، ٹیکسز لے رہے ہیں مہنگا سامان دے رہے ہیں اور پھر وہ بھی پاکستان سے کشمیر میں نہیں آنے دے رہے تو اس پر ہم صرف آپ کو شیم ہی کہہ سکتے ہیں، باقی ہمارے پاس آپ کے لیے الفاظ نہیں ہیں۔ انٹرنیشنل کمیونٹی سے، اوورسیز سے ہماری ریکویسٹ ہے کہ اس سے پہلے کہ یہ کچھ بہت بڑا پلان کریں تو خدارا آپ لوگ کر بھی بہت رہے ہیں، ریسنٹ جو جنیوا میں ہمارا پروٹیسٹ ہوا، بہت کچھ کر رہے ہیں، ہم آپ کے مشکور ہیں لیکن اس آواز کو مزید جو ہے وہ بلند کیجیے، بہت شکریہ۔
