Peace be upon you. Today is August 9th, and I am recording this video from Rawalakot. First of all, we will talk about the latest updates. Last night as well, security forces engaged in light firing, but thankfully, no casualties or injuries have been confirmed.
Reports are also circulating regarding the PAK area, about firing and shelling, but nothing has been confirmed by authentic sources yet. Tomorrow is August 10th, and elections are scheduled in a few constituencies, which is why security forces and state institutions have created a lot of commotion. Meanwhile, in Rawalakot, people are sitting peacefully in the sit-in protests. Apart from this, we will discuss the Fourth Schedule list.
Fourth Schedule List Issued
A new Fourth Schedule list has been issued by the government of Azad Kashmir, and fortunately—I say fortunately—my name was also included in this list. Many people are offering condolences and expressing sympathy, but for us, this is actually a matter of pride. These tactics—the Fourth Schedule, FIRs, raids, arrests— are an honor for us, by the grace of God. There is nothing to worry about here.
Numerous other companions and brothers of ours have also been put on the Fourth Schedule. Now, if we talk about what the Fourth Schedule actually is, we haven't received complete legal documentation about it yet, but it reportedly involves travel restrictions and financial constraints, as well as political or organizational bans, which all of us activists are already facing anyway.
Defending Human Rights
Our work is that of human rights defenders; we are reporting human rights violations, so we can show the world, because there is a blackout here. So, having our names added to such lists is a matter of pride for us; it will not demoralize us at all, but rather raise our spirits. The more tactics they try, the higher our courage will grow, and your morale should not be weakened by this either.
These tactics—the Fourth Schedule, FIRs, raids, arrests— are an honor for us, by the grace of God.
As for the media and social media, various reports are running, politicians come on, giving their rhetoric and statements, talking big on the media, and when they come for election campaigns, they act like our brothers and pretend to be patriotic Kashmiris. So, all of us need to recognize these double standards and hypocritical faces. Hopefully, these true faces have already been exposed to most of the public, but from our end, we need to uncover and probe things further.
Speaking with Reason
Secondly, I would like to request again that abusive language is not our culture. Speak with reason and engage in logical discussion. If you want to answer someone or counter their narrative, counter it with sound arguments; abusive language, bullying, or propaganda tactics are not our way. Our duty is to struggle for fundamental rights, which we are doing, and we must never abandon truth or civility.
This was the update regarding August 9th, and my heartfelt thanks to all of you who are reaching out via phone calls and messages to express sympathy, though for us, this is a matter of pride, and we are proud. Thank you to the Azad Kashmir government for taking this step, but your action will not break our spirits. The reason I am thanking you for such actions is because these measures are uniting the nation even more.
Continuing the Peaceful Struggle
These are just tactics, and we will reject them on every forum, and we will peacefully continue our struggle for fundamental rights. Allow your brother Hamza Tanzil to take his leave; keep me in your prayers, and may God protect you.
السلام علیکم جی، آج 9 اگست ہے اور راولا کوٹ سے میں یہ ویڈیو ریکارڈ کر رہا ہوں۔ سب سے پہلے ہم اپڈیٹ کے حوالے سے بات کریں گے۔ گزشتہ رات بھی فورسز کی جانب سے ہلکی پھلکی فائرنگ کی جاتی رہی، لیکن الحمدللہ نہ کوئی شہادت اور نہ کسی کے زخمی ہونے کی اطلاع کنفرم ہوئی۔ باقی پاک کے حوالے سے بھی اطلاعات گردش کر رہی ہیں، فائرنگ اور شیلنگ کی، لیکن ابھی کسی مصدقہ ذرائع سے تصدیق نہیں ہوئی۔
باقی کل 10 اگست ہے اور کچھ حلقوں میں الیکشن ہونے جا رہے ہیں، اس کی وجہ سے فورسز اور اداروں نے گھماگھمی مچا کے رکھی ہے۔ باقی راولا کوٹ میں دھرنوں میں عوام پرامن طور پہ بیٹھی ہوئی ہے۔ اس کے علاوہ ہم بات کریں گے فور شیڈول کے حوالے سے، ایک نئی فور شیڈول کی لسٹ جاری کی گئی ہے حکومتِ آزاد کشمیر کی جانب سے، فارچونیٹلی، میں فارچونیٹلی کہوں گا، میرا نام بھی اس لسٹ میں آیا۔
فور شیڈول پر ردعمل
بہت سارے لوگ تعزیت اور اظہارِ افسوس کر رہے ہیں، یہ ہمارے لیے فخر کی بات ہے، یہ ہتھکنڈے، فور شیڈول، ایف آئی آریں، چھاپے، گرفتاریاں، یہ ہمارے لیے الحمدللہ اعزاز کی بات ہے، اس میں کوئی پریشان ہونے والی بات نہیں ہے، بے شمار اور ہمارے ساتھیوں اور بھائیوں کا نام بھی فور شیڈول میں ڈالا گیا ہے۔ باقی اگر ہم بات کریں کہ فور شیڈول ہوتا کیا ہے، ابھی تک کوئی قانونی طور پہ اس کے مکمل دستاویزات نہیں ملے، جو بتایا جا رہا ہے کہ سفری پابندیاں ہیں، مالی پابندیاں ہیں، سیاسی یا تنظیمی، وہ تو الریڈی ہم سارے ایکٹیوسٹ فیس کر رہے ہیں۔
ہمارا کام ہیومن رائٹس ڈیفینڈرز کا ہے، ہم انسانی حقوق کی خلاف ورزیوں کو رپورٹ کر رہے ہیں، ہم دنیا کو دکھائیں، کیونکہ یہاں پہ بلیک آؤٹ ہے۔ تو ایسی لسٹوں میں ہمارے نام ڈالنا ہمارے لیے فخر کی بات ہے، اس سے ہمارے حوصلے بالکل بھی پست نہیں ہوں گے، بلند ہوں گے۔ یہ جتنے ہتھکنڈے آزمائیں گے، ہمارے حوصلے اس سے مزید بلند ہوں گے، اور آپ کے بھی حوصلے اس سے بالکل پست نہیں ہونے چاہئیں۔
سیاست دانوں کا دہرا معیار
باقی میڈیا اور سوشل میڈیا پہ مختلف رپورٹس چلتی ہیں، پولیٹیشنز آتے ہیں، اپنی بیان بازی کرتے ہیں، میڈیا پہ بیٹھ کے باتیں کرتے ہیں، اور جب الیکشن کمپین کے لیے آتے ہیں، یہاں پہ بھائی بھی بن جاتے ہیں اور کشمیری محبِ وطن بھی بن جاتے ہیں، تو اس ڈبل سٹینڈرڈ اور ڈپلومیٹک فیس کو ہم سب کو پہچاننا چاہیے، امید ہے کہ زیادہ تر عوام پر ان کے یہ چہرے عیاں ہو چکے ہیں، لیکن اپنی طرف سے مزید چیزوں کو کریدنے کی ضرورت ہے۔
دوسرا میں پھر یہ گزارش کروں گا کہ گالم گلوچ ہمارا کلچر نہیں ہے، دلائل کے ساتھ بات کریں، مدلل گفتگو کریں، آپ نے کسی کو جواب دینا ہے، کسی کا بیانیہ توڑنا ہے، تو دلائل کے ساتھ توڑیں۔ گالم گلوچ، دھونس دھاندلی، یا جس طرح پروپیگنڈا کیا جاتا ہے، یہ ہمارا شیوہ نہیں ہے، ہمارا کام ہے بنیادی حقوق کے لیے جدوجہد کرنا، وہ ہم کر رہے ہیں، سچ کا دامن ہم نے نہیں چھوڑنا اور تہذیب کا دامن نہیں چھوڑنا۔
حمایت پر اظہار تشکر
یہ اپڈیٹ تھی 9 اگست کے حوالے سے اور آپ سب کا تہہ دل سے شکریہ کہ جو احباب فون، میسجز اور کالز کر کے اظہارِ افسوس کر رہے ہیں، یہ ہمارے لیے فخر کی بات ہے، ہمیں فخر ہے۔ تھینک یو آزاد کشمیر گورنمنٹ کہ آپ نے یہ اقدام کیا، لیکن آپ کے اس اقدام سے ہمارے حوصلے پست نہیں ہوں گے، آپ کے ایسے اقدامات کے لیے میں آپ کا شکریہ اس لیے ادا کر رہا ہوں کہ آپ کے ایسے اقدامات سے قوم مزید متحد ہوتی جا رہی ہے۔
یہ ہتھکنڈے ہیں، ہم ان کو ہر فورم پہ مسترد کریں گے، اور اپنے بنیادی حقوق کی جدوجہد پرامن طور پہ جاری رکھیں گے۔ اپنے بھائی حمزہ تنزیل کو اجازت دیں، دعاؤں میں یاد رکھیں، اللہ نگہبان۔
