Are we worth even less than a dog? For the past several days across Pakistani media, on various channels over a missing dog, a debate has been raging, and pictures of the dog are being posted. Its breed is being publicized, asking that wherever this dog is found by you, you must report it, because this dog's importance is so immense that the human beings living here, who are mowed down with bullets, have no value whatsoever.
Suffering in Jammu and Kashmir
But the value of this dog surpasses them all. For quite some time now, the number of people who have died in Jammu and Kashmir has exceeded one hundred. Thousands of people are injured, and thousands are locked up in prisons, while hundreds of thousands are standing on the brink of starvation, who, after eating one meal, are waiting for help to get their next meal; but to address the problems of these people, this media, this establishment, and these Pakistani politicians have no answer at all.
They have no words whatsoever; but the way these people have gone crazy over a single dog makes it seem that to this day— well, in many democratic countries it is spoken of in such a way that a human's value is treated merely as a vote bank. They are treated like a voter, like a mere statistic. But we are the unfortunate ones who cannot even say that we are treated as voters. The reason for this is that in the elections held in Jammu and Kashmir, people did not cast their votes, yet on paper, after thousands of votes were fabricated and cast, a government is now being formed.
Internet Suspended in Kashmir
These are the things that the Kashmiri people have gradually begun to speak out about. These are the things that those working-class people have gradually started speaking out about, who had made sacrifices for years, and now when they have started to speak up, then to silence their voices for the past several months, internet service has also been suspended in Jammu and Kashmir.
And through their fake mainstream media, a message is being sent to the world that everything is normal, conditions are normal, elections are taking place, a government is going to be formed, and with the people sitting in Rawalakot, negotiations will be held after the new government is formed, and until then, the people sitting there will be mowed down with bullets. Until then, from every ration vehicle passing over Azad Pattan, forty thousand to one hundred thousand rupees will be extorted.
The people of Jammu and Kashmir will be starved to death, but we will fight our elections, we will win, and we will form our governments.

کیا ہماری اوقات کتے سے بھی گئی گزری ہے؟ پچھلے کئی دنوں سے پاکستانی میڈیا کے اوپر، مختلف چینلز کے اوپر ایک مسنگ کتے کو لے کر ایک بحث چھڑی ہوئی ہے۔ کتے کی تصویریں پوسٹ کی جا رہی ہیں۔ اس کی نسل کے بارے میں بتایا جا رہا ہے کہ یہ کتا جہاں بھی آپ لوگوں کو ملے آپ لوگ ضرور بتائیں کیونکہ اس کتے کی اہمیت اتنی زیادہ ہے کہ یہاں پر رہنے والے جو انسان ہیں جن کو گولیوں سے بھون دیا جاتا ہے ان کی کوئی ویلیو نہیں ہے۔
جموں کشمیر کے انسانی مسائل
لیکن اس کتے کی ویلیو ان سب سے بڑھ کر ہے۔ پچھلے کئی عرصے سے جموں کشمیر کے اندر مرنے والے لوگوں کی تعداد ایک سو سے زیادہ ہو چکی ہے۔ ہزاروں لوگ زخمی ہیں اور ہزاروں کی تعداد میں لوگ جیلوں میں بند ہیں اور لاکھوں لوگ جو ہیں وہ بھوک کے دہانے پر کھڑے ہیں جو ایک وقت کا کھانا کھا کر دوسرے وقت کا کھانا کھانے کے لیے کسی مدد کے منتظر ہیں۔ لیکن ان لوگوں کے مسائل کو بیان کرنے کے لیے اس میڈیا کے پاس، اس اسٹیبلشمنٹ کے پاس، اس پاکستانی سیاستدانوں کے پاس کوئی بھی جواب نہیں ہے۔
کوئی بھی الفاظ نہیں ہیں۔ لیکن ایک کتے کے پیچھے جس طرح سے یہ لوگ پاگل ہوئے ہوئے ہیں اس سے یہی لگتا ہے کہ آج تک چلیں بہت سارے جمہوری ممالک کے اندر اس طرح سے بات کی جاتی ہے کہ ایک انسان کی ویلیو ایک ووٹ بینک کی طرح ٹریٹ کی جاتی ہے۔ ایک ووٹر کی طرح، ایک ہندسے کی طرح ٹریٹ کیا جاتا ہے۔ لیکن ہم بدقسمت وہ لوگ ہیں جو یہ بھی نہیں کہہ سکتے کہ ہمیں ایز آ ووٹر ٹریٹ کیا جاتا ہے۔
انتخابات اور انٹرنیٹ کی معطلی
اس کی وجہ یہ ہے کہ جموں کشمیر کے اندر ہونے والے الیکشنز کے اندر لوگوں نے ووٹ کاسٹ نہیں کیے لیکن پیپرز کے اندر ہزاروں کی تعداد میں ووٹ بننے، پڑنے کے بعد اب حکومت بننے جا رہی ہے۔ یہ وہ چیزیں ہیں جو دھیرے دھیرے کشمیری عوام بولنا شروع ہوئی ہے۔ یہ وہ چیزیں ہیں جو دھیرے دھیرے وہ محنت کش لوگ بولنا شروع ہو گئے ہیں جنہوں نے برسوں سے قربانیاں دی تھیں اور اب جب وہ بولنے لگے ہیں تو ان کی آواز کو بند کرنے کے لیے پچھلے کئی مہینوں سے جموں کشمیر کے اندر انٹرنیٹ کی سروس بھی معطل کر دی گئی ہے۔
اور دنیا کو ان کے جھوٹے مین سٹریم میڈیا کے ذریعے یہ پیغام دیا جا رہا ہے کہ ساری چیزیں نارمل ہیں، حالات نارمل ہیں، الیکشن ہو رہے ہیں، حکومت بننے جا رہی ہے اور جو راولاکوٹ کے اندر بیٹھے ہوئے لوگ ہیں ان سے نئی حکومت بننے کے بعد مذاکرات کیے جائیں گے اور تب تک وہاں پر بیٹھے لوگوں کو گولیوں سے بھونا جائے گا۔ تب تک آزاد پتن کے اوپر سے گزرنے والی ہر راشن کی گاڑی سے 40 لاکھ، ہزار سے لے کر ایک لاکھ روپے وصول کیا جائے گا۔
عوامی مسائل اور حکومتی فنڈنگ
ایک بچی کے ہاتھ سے اس کے پاپڑ کی تھیلی لے کر دریا میں پھینک دی جائے گی کیونکہ اسے کشمیر میں جانے کی اجازت نہیں ہے۔ جموں کشمیر کے اندر ہر وہ چیز نارمل ہے جیسے یہ لوگ تو جھوٹ بول رہے ہیں۔ جموں کشمیر کے لوگوں کو بھوک سے مار دیا جائے گا لیکن ہم تو اپنا الیکشن لڑیں گے، ہم تو جیتیں گے، ہم تو اپنی حکومتیں بنائیں گے۔ کیونکہ ہمارے لیے وہ فنڈنگ زیادہ امپورٹنٹ ہے جو ہماری حکومت بننے کے بعد ہمیں ملے گی۔
وہ بجٹ ہمارے لیے زیادہ امپورٹنٹ ہے کیونکہ اس سے ہم اپنی کوٹھیاں بیرون ملک بنا سکیں گے اور ہمارے بچوں کا مستقبل روشن ہوگا۔ کیونکہ ان کے بچوں کا مستقبل روشن ہوگا اور ہمارے بچے اگر تاریکی میں جی رہے ہیں، گزشتہ کئی دہائیوں سے پاکستان کے لیے لڑ رہے ہیں تو وہ چیز تو کوئی اہمیت ہی نہیں رکھتی۔ کیونکہ اب ان کے بچے ان عیاشیوں تک پہنچ رہے ہیں، ہمارے لہو پہ پل چکے ہیں، ہمارے ٹیکسوں پہ پل چکے ہیں تو اب ان کو ہماری ضرورت نہیں پڑی تو آپ گولیوں سے ان کو بھون ڈالو اور ان کو خاموش کروا دو تا کہ ہماری عیاشیوں میں کوئی کمی نہ آئے۔
