Comrades, many of our people were living in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. There were students here who had come to study. During our recent protest, Many students were also arrested following that protest, Including our women belonging to Jammu and Kashmir, Who were also arrested and sent to Adiala Jail. Remember that from within Jammu and Kashmir itself, At that time, 88 people were sent to Adiala Jail, While there are over 500 other people Who have been arrested and have not yet been produced in court.
These are people who stood up solely for the people of Jammu and Kashmir, To show solidarity with their own people and their own families. But we see such brutality coming from the state That we have started feeling unsafe inside Pakistan itself. Not only in Pindi and Islamabad, but across the whole of Pakistan, Right now, our people from Jammu and Kashmir Are afraid to go outside or reveal who they are, Or go to universities; students are growing afraid That they might also be forcibly disappeared, That they might also be made to vanish.
Tactics of the state
So these are the tactics the state uses in its panic. Do not think that the state is doing these things as part of some pre-planned strategy. No, we know that the state is currently in a state of extreme panic. Sometimes it suspends government employees, Sometimes it cancels school registrations, Sometimes it fires bullets at our unarmed people, And sometimes it arrests people and, after presenting them in anti-terrorism court, Transfers them to Adiala Jail on 14-day physical remands.
These are the tactics the state uses to hide its desperation, Trying any trick or method possible To make these people step back And crush this movement. But remember that Lenin once said That sometimes you have to take two steps back to take a hundred steps forward. Therefore, we are not emotional people, We are peaceful people, and in a peaceful manner We have carried on our struggle for the past three years, And through this struggle, we have brought awareness even to remote villages Where awareness was once thought impossible.
But we believe that even today, this awareness That has taken root and awakened inside the people— They will never be able to suppress it. Because through oppression you may temporarily succeed in crushing movements, But the consciousness that awakens in people through such a movement, And the hatred that builds inside them due to your tyranny, Leading them to advance with political strategy— Nothing can ever defeat that.
Appeal to the media
All international and national media should speak out about this, Especially since our mainstream media does not support us, But our social media is on our side, so everyone there must raise their voice, Because this is the only way we have to advance our peaceful struggle. And especially the people of Pakistan, because we know that while this is happening to us today, The state is terrified that tomorrow this movement might spread across Pakistan.
But we see such brutality coming from the state That we have started feeling unsafe inside Pakistan itself.
That is why it is vital for us to spread this movement to every corner of Pakistan. The people of Pakistan must stand with Kashmiris in solidarity, And move forward in an organized manner, Because our problems are the exact same as your problems. We are fighting for the very issues that you too should be fighting for. Our struggles are shared, and the only solution is To build unity in our ranks through resistance So that we can fight against this oppression.
Call for working class support
Therefore, all of you must join together to support this movement, Because we need every single one of you. We need the working-class people of Pakistan and India, Who, if they stand with us, will not only make us successful, But will also secure success for yourselves.
ساتھیو ہمارے بہت سارے لوگ راولپنڈی اور اسلام آباد میں مقیم تھے یہاں پہ سٹوڈنٹس تھے جو پڑھنے کے لیے آئے تھے گزشتہ جو ہمارا ایک پروٹیسٹ ہوا تھا اس پروٹیسٹ کے بعد بہت سارے سٹوڈنٹس کو بھی اریسٹ کیا گیا جن میں ہماری خواتین ہیں جن کا تعلق جموں کشمیر سے ہے ان کو بھی اریسٹ کرکے اڈیالہ جیل بھیج دیا گیا۔ یاد رکھیں کہ جموں کشمیر کے اندر سے اس ٹائم 88 لوگ جو تھے جن کو اڈیالہ جیل کے اندر بھیجا گیا جبکہ دیگر جو لوگ ہیں جن میں 500 سے زائد لوگ ہیں جن کو اریسٹ کیا گیا ہے اور جن کو ابھی تک عدالت میں پیش نہیں کیا گیا۔
یہ وہ لوگ ہیں جو صرف اور صرف جموں کشمیر کے لوگوں کے اپنے لوگوں کے، اپنے گھر والوں کے ساتھ اظہارِ یکجہتی کے لیے کھڑے ہوئے تھے۔ لیکن ہم دیکھتے ہیں کہ ریاست کی طرف سے وہ سفاکی سامنے آتی ہے جہاں پہ ہم پاکستان کے اندر خود کو غیر محفوظ سمجھنے لگے ہیں۔ نہ صرف پنڈی اسلام آباد بلکہ پورے پاکستان کے اندر اس ٹائم جو ہمارے جموں کشمیر کے لوگ ہیں وہ باہر جانے سے، خود کو ظاہر کرنے سے یا یونیورسٹیز کے اندر جانے سے سٹوڈنٹس ڈرنے لگے ہیں کہ کہیں ان کو بھی جبری طور پر لاپتہ نہ کر دیا جائے ان کو بھی گمشدہ نہ کر دیا جائے۔
ریاستی ہتھکنڈے اور بوکھلاہٹ
تو یہ ریاست کے وہ اچھے ہتھکنڈے ہیں جو ریاست اپنی بوکھلاہٹ میں کرتی ہے۔ مت بھولو یہ چیز کہ ریاست یہ والے، یہ کوئی پہلے سے پلان کردہ چیزیں کر رہی ہے۔ نہیں، ہمیں پتا ہے کہ ریاست اس ٹائم انتہائی بوکھلاہٹ کا شکار ہو گئی ہے۔ وہ کبھی ملازمین کو معطل کرتی ہے، کبھی اسکولوں کے رجسٹریشن کو کینسل کر رہی ہے، کبھی ہمارے نہتے عوام پر گولیاں برسا رہی ہے اور کبھی لوگوں کی گرفتاریاں کرکے ان کو انسدادِ دہشت گردی عدالت میں پیش کرنے کے بعد 14 روزہ جسمانی ریمانڈ پر انہیں اڈیالہ جیل منتقل کر دیا جاتا ہے۔
یہ وہ ٹیکٹکس ہیں جو ریاست اپنی بوکھلاہٹ کو ظاہر کرنے کے لیے کرتی ہے کہ کوئی بھی ایسا حربہ، کوئی بھی ایسا طریقہ کار میں کروں جس سے یہ عوام پیچھے ہٹ جائیں اور ہم اس تحریک کو کچل دیں۔ لیکن یاد رکھیں کہ لینن نے ایک بار کہا تھا کہ کبھی کبھار دو قدم پیچھے ہٹنا پڑتا ہے 100 قدم آگے بڑھنے کے لیے۔ اس لیے ہم کوئی بھی جذباتی لوگ نہیں ہیں، ہم پرامن لوگ ہیں، پرامن طریقے سے ہم نے گزشتہ تین سالوں سے اپنی جدوجہد کی ہے اور اس جدوجہد کرنے کے بعد ہم نے گاؤں دیہاتوں کی ان جگہوں پر بھی وہ شعور پہنچایا ہے جہاں کہ کبھی بھی ممکن نہیں تھا شعور۔
عوامی شعور کی طاقت
لیکن ہم یہ سمجھتے ہیں کہ آج بھی اس شعور کو جو لوگوں کے اندر پنپ چکا ہے، لوگوں کے اندر وہ شعور آ چکا ہے، اس کو وہ کبھی بھی نہیں دبا سکیں گے۔ کیونکہ جبر کے راستے سے آپ تحریکوں کو وقتی طور پر کچلنے میں تو کامیاب ہو سکتے ہیں لیکن وہ شعور جو اس تحریک کے اندر لوگوں میں پیدا ہو جاتا ہے آپ کے ظلم و جبر سے جو لوگوں کے اندر نفرت ڈیولپ ہوتی ہے اور اس کے بعد وہ سیاسی حکمتِ عملی سے آگے بڑھتے ہیں، اس چیز کو کوئی بھی شکست نہیں دے سکتا۔
تمام انٹرنیشنل میڈیا اس پہ آواز اٹھائے، تمام نیشنل میڈیا، اسپیشلی ہمارا مین اسٹریم میڈیا تو ہمارے حق میں نہیں ہے، بٹ ہمارا سوشل میڈیا ہمارے حق میں ہے، وہ تمام لوگ اس پہ آواز اٹھائیں کیونکہ یہی ہمارے پاس وہ واحد راستہ ہے جس سے ہم اپنی پرامن جدوجہد کو آگے بڑھا سکتے ہیں۔ اور پاکستان کے لوگ اسپیشلی، کیونکہ ہمیں پتا ہے کہ آج یہ چیز ہمارے ساتھ ہو رہی ہے تو ریاست ڈر رہی ہے اس چیز سے کہ کل کو یہی تحریک پاکستان کے اندر نہ پھیل جائے۔
مشترکہ مسائل اور باہمی اتحاد
اس لیے ضروری ہے ہمارے لیے کہ ہم اس تحریک کو پاکستان کے چپّے چپّے تک پہنچا دیں۔ پاکستان کے لوگ کشمیریوں کے ساتھ کھڑے ہوں، کشمیریوں کے اظہارِ یکجہتی کے لیے کھڑے ہوں اور ایک منظم شکل میں آگے بڑھیں، کیونکہ ہمارے بھی وہی مسائل ہیں جو آپ کے مسائل ہیں۔ ہم بھی انہی مسائل کے لیے لڑ رہے ہیں جن کے لیے آپ کو بھی لڑنا چاہیے۔ ہمارے مشترکہ مسائل ہیں اور ان کا واحد حل یہی ہے کہ مزاحمت کے ذریعے اپنی صفوں میں وہ اتحاد پیدا کریں جن کے ذریعے ہم اس جبر کے خلاف لڑ سکیں۔
اس لیے آپ تمام لوگوں کو مل کر اس تحریک کا ساتھ دینا ہوگا کیونکہ ہمیں آپ سب کی ضرورت ہے۔ ہمیں پاکستان اور ہندوستان کے ان محنت کشوں کی ضرورت ہے جو اگر ہمارے ساتھ کھڑے ہوتے ہیں، تو نہ صرف ہم کامیاب ہوتے ہیں بلکہ اس میں آپ کی بھی کامیابی ہے۔
