Late night workshop session

یہ جو بکواس کرتے ہیں نا ایف اے پاس یہ اپنی بکواس اپنے پاس رکھیں۔ ایف اے پاس ہوتا ہے تو وہ آتا ہے پاکستان کی فوج کے اندر۔ اس کے بعد اس کے رینک تبھی بڑھتے ہیں جب وہ اپنی کوالیفکیشن پوری کرتا چلا جاتا ہے۔ اس ورکشاپ کے اندر کور کمانڈر کے ساتھ پی ایچ ڈی کرنے والی ایک اسٹوڈنٹ بھی تھی۔
فوجی افسران کی تعلیم
آپ مجھے بتائیں جو جنرل کے عہدے تک پہنچا ہے، وہ آپ کا کیا خیال ہے وہ ایف اے میں ہی ہے ابھی تک آپ لوگوں کے خیال میں؟ آپ لوگوں سے زیادہ پڑھا لکھا ہے وہ۔ جو ایک جو فوجی ہے ایف اے پڑھ کے آ گیا، پھر اس کی ترقی ہوئی، اس نے امتحان پاس کیے، پڑھتے پڑھتے پی ایچ ڈی کرتا ہے آپ کا جنرل۔ کور کمانڈر کوئٹہ پی ایچ ڈی کر رہے ہیں۔

سیاستدانوں اور فوجیوں کا موازنہ
اور آپ اس کے سامنے پانی بھرتے ہیں، سیاستدان کو بولنا نہیں آتا۔ اس پوری ورکشاپ میں میں سب کچھ سن کے آ گئی ہوں۔ سب کو دیکھ کے، سب کا چٹا کٹا میں نے دیکھ لیا ہے۔ اور فوجی کے اندر اتنا اسٹیمنا ہے کہ وہ آپ کے سویلین سے رات ڈیڑھ بجے تک بیٹھ کے کہتا ہے پوچھو جو سوال تم نے میرے سے پوچھنا ہے۔
رات ڈیڑھ بجے تک ہماری ورکشاپ چلی ہے جناب۔ ہم اسٹوڈنٹ تھے ہم تو کہتے تھے خدا کے لیے اب کوئی سوال نہ کرنا یار، یہ نہیں جاتے فوجی۔ جتنا سخت سوال پوچھیں گے آپ کو اس سخت سوال کا جواب ملے گا، اور سیاستدان سے پوچھتے آپ کو تمیز نہیں ہے آپ نے کیسے بات کرنی ہے۔
