However the general elections were conducted, in Constituency 3, now, this seat of the capital city Muzaffarabad, which includes both urban and some rural areas, the PML-N candidate in this constituency, Syed Iftikhar Gilani, the whole city and this entire community know about him, that specifically for his benefit, seven to eight thousand fake votes, which were exact duplicates, were fabricated through certain means, and stamped on the back with fake seals, and through his special agents at every polling station, votes were cast.
In some places, they were even caught, most of those votes were successfully cast, but in some places, people caught those bogus votes. And so, in Constituency 3 Muzaffarabad, the PML-N candidate was specifically provided with the facilitation of fake votes, and it is no small matter, that despite such a huge number of fake votes, the conscious people of the constituency rejected him.
However, the Azad Kashmir Bar Council has formally stated in writing that Gilani lacks the mandatory 10-year legal practice in Azad Kashmir.
The capital city rejected him. And this is a lesson in democracy that they received, but the PML-N leadership in Jati Umra, instead of respecting this democratic decision, selected him for the technocrat seat. Now for the technocrat seat, the Azad Kashmir Bar Council has stated in writing today, that he does not even hold the required membership, and in Azad Kashmir, the ten years of practice, he has no such practice anywhere in Azad Kashmir, and what he did practice was only a year or a year and a half in Islamabad. بعض جگہوں پہ وہ پکڑے بھی گئے، زیادہ تر وہ ووٹ پڑ گئے، لیکن بعض جگہوں پہ لوگوں نے وہ پکڑ بھی لیے وہ ووٹ۔ اور گویا حلقہ تین مظفرآباد میں، جو پی ایم ایل این کے امیدوار تھے، ان کو جعلی ووٹوں کی بطورِ خاص ایک سہولت مہیا کی گئی، اور یہ کوئی معمولی بات نہیں ہے، کہ اس جعلی ووٹ کے اتنی بڑی تعداد کے باوجود، حلقے کے باشعور عوام نے انہیں مسترد کر دیا۔
کیپیٹل سٹی نے انہیں مسترد کر دیا۔ اور یہ جمہوریت کا ایک سبق ہوتا ہے جو انہیں مل گیا، لیکن پی ایم ایل این کی قیادت جو ہے، جاتی امرا، وہ بجائے اس جمہوری فیصلے کا احترام کرنے کے، انہوں نے انہیں ٹیکنوکریٹ کے لیے منتخب کر لیا۔ اب ٹیکنوکریٹ کے لیے آج بار کونسل آزاد کشمیر نے لکھ کے دے دیا ہے، کہ ان کے پاس تو وہ ممبرشپ ہی نہیں، انہوں نے تو آزاد کشمیر میں وہ دس سال کی، ان کی کہیں پریکٹس ہی نہیں ہے، سال ڈیڑھ سال کی وہ بھی اسلام آباد کے اندر کیا ہے۔ تو یہ ٹیکنیکلی اور لیگلی کوالیفائی ہی نہیں کرتے، 00:01:37.000
