On October 25, 2026, Pakistani forces opened unprovoked firing in Nawaie area of Bagh, Azad Kashmir, martyring 8-year-old innocent child Shayan Azhar.
From June 5, 2026 to October 25, 2026, more than 100 state subjects have been killed, hundreds injured, arrested and disappeared for demanding basic rights.

The Achakzai Doctrine - Listen to Kashmiris
Senior Pakistani politician and Opposition Leader Mahmood Khan Achakzai said in the National Assembly:
"India is also creating mess in Kashmir and Pakistan is also creating mess. One says Kashmir is its integral part. The other says Kashmir is its jugular vein. Has anyone listened to Kashmiris what they say? The simple solution is: ask those whose country it is."

On June 5, 2026, when a crackdown started in AJK to crush the JK-JAAC movement, Achakzai, former PM Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, Allama Raja Nasir Abbas and Senator Mushtaq Ahmad tried to reach Rawalakot for dialogue but were stopped at Sihala Phatak.
Next day Achakzai said on the floor: "The demands of Action Committee are 100% legitimate. The solution is to implement the signed agreement - this issue can be resolved in 10 minutes. But this government is killing peaceful protesters like a hunter who kills birds searching for food for their children."
This statement has been proved 100% true by:
Target killing of Dr. Osama
- Target killing of 85-year-old Farooq Commander
- Target killing of hundreds of youth
- And now target killing of 8-year-old Shayan Azhar
This proves Pakistan is in the grip of a psychological disorder. Killings are done only to satisfy ego, and the Kashmir which they called jugular vein has been soaked in blood.
October 25 will be remembered like:
Martyrdom of Sardar Sabz Ali Khan and Sardar Mali Khan
- July 13, 1931 - 22 Kashmiris martyred in Srinagar to complete the Azaan
- 1947 communal riots when Kashmiri Hindus, Sikhs, women and children were burnt alive inside their houses
- The 1947 Birbal house incident where dozens were burnt, and next day a man searching for jewelry in ashes heard a newborn crying and tore the baby apart alive
- Jammu massacre where RSS gangs with Maharaja forces massacred lakhs of Muslims

Contradiction Between Words and Actions
On October 22, 1947, despite Standstill Agreement, Pakistani establishment armed Pashtun lashkars and sent them via Muzaffarabad with license to loot and kill. They started indiscriminate killing without Hindu-Muslim distinction. India used this as pretext to airlift army to Srinagar and start full war with planes, tanks, artillery. UN Security Council intervened, established Ceasefire Line on as-is-where-is basis, practically dividing Kashmir, and promised plebiscite. 79 years passed, referendum never held - proving not only India and Pakistan but UN is also complicit.
India from Day One never recognized right to freedom, crushed state by force, and finally on August 5, 2019 merged its occupied Kashmir into India.
On Pakistan's role:
- Did not fulfill UN conditions for plebiscite, giving India chance to strengthen occupation
- Through Karachi Agreement 1949, cut Gilgit-Baltistan from Kashmir
- In 1953, attacked Azad Kashmir and dismissed first government
- In 1962 India-China war, China captured hundreds of miles of Indian territory and offered Pakistan control of Kashmir, which Pakistan rejected due to US pressure. AKRF (Azad Kashmir Regular Force) could have established self-rule at that time
- Since August 5, 2019, events prove India and Pakistan had secret deal, and now process of merging Azad Kashmir into Pakistan is underway. Current bloodshed is only to spread fear
On Leadership:
Beloved Kashmiri leader Yasin Malik, Chairman Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (in Tihar Jail), suspended armed struggle and adopted political and diplomatic path, which got worldwide appreciation. India panicked, filed false cases and gave double life sentence through kangaroo courts and wants to convert it into death penalty.
We want to continue peaceful struggle, but if forced, we reserve right to restart armed struggle for freedom according to UN Charter.
Both countries want to subjugate Kashmir by force, but we will continue our struggle till complete restoration of state and self-rule.
